For people who suffer from fistulas the overall health burden cannot be measured and the road to a cure can seem daunting and un-ending. It wreaks havoc on all aspects of a person’s life and dictates everything you do. It creates anxiety, depression and fear, not to mention the stigma surrounding this diagnosis that keeps a lot of people from seeking help. My vision for this podcast is to bring awareness to this debilitating disease, educate, remove the stigma and to bring hope and healing to others. 🙏Thank you for joining me as I talk with people from around the world who not only share their experience, strength, and hope but the obstacles they overcame in their quest to finding a cure. A quest that eventually led them to Healing Hands Clinic and the leading Proctologist and Colorectal surgeon in India, Dr. Ashwin Porwal.
