Fr. Mike's Homilies

Mary, born full of grace, teaches us to be an instrument of God's peace to our broken world. 

All of those who have died and share in the glory of heaven. 

Prayer is a powerful gift and one we all should use a lot more. 

Do we stand by our commitments? We have to follow through if we're true to our word. 

Finding fault with others makes us feel better, or does it?

Are we obeying the letter of the law of the spirit of the law?

All things will come to fruition in God's time.

Love of one another that we love the way He loves His Father and His Father loves him

He is the vine and we are the branches. 

Are you comfortable in life? Are you satisfied with where you are in life?

Sharing the peace of Christ with the world.

What we hear or see is not always the whole story. 

Easter and the Resurrection is all about life. Life is a precious gift we don't appreciate enough. As people, we are very fragile.

We tend to overlook the goodness around us. Holy Thursday is about recognizing that goodness and knowing what we are to do about it. 

When we soften our hearts...

The thoughts and feelings behind our actions. 

No matter what we ask of God in faith. The door will be opened.

The teachings, the example, and the love of Christ is what the Chair of Peter is all about.

This first Sunday of Lent is about repentance and repentance is about change.

The beginning of Lent is time for us to look at how we are connected to each other.
