When we are faced with hardship we often respond with feelings of overwhelm and encounter difficulty maintaining our center. We might feel angry - at God, at whoever we see as the cause of our hardship. This attitude will not allow for relief from the pain. An attitude of higher understanding, viewing the hardship as part of a purification process that will result in bringing us into right relationship with ourself and the life we have fashioned for ourself - this brings on immediate relief and we begin to view ourself in a clearer light.

Francine and Dr. Pat will discuss how our thoughts, words and actions affect our own health, the well-being of those around us and the greater world beyond. We will discuss how negative gossip, using negative language directed at other people can cause harm and how we do this even with our loved ones. However, positive language has the power to transform our own lives, the lives of those with whom we interact and beyond to the larger world.
