  1. Guided meditation for body awareness - pain and stuck trauma

***Listen only in a safe space where you can sit quietly with eyes closed. This can be used to help listen and clear pain and stuck trauma in the body.

  2. Cleansing Meditation ******Do NOT listen to while driving or operating any machinery.

This is a basic guided meditation to help you relax and reset. Only listen to this in a safe spot where you are able to sit quietly and relax fully.

  3. Daily law #63 March 3rd about cultivating the craftsman ethic

For a craftsman it's about the work. About the craft. The focus is on the craft, not on money or fame. We think of something made by a craftsman as being well made.

  4. Daily law #62 March 2nd about getting to the inside

The inside is where you've learned so much that there is a flow to what you are doing. It's like magic. It's being in the zone. That's the inside. If you keep working at it you will get inside the game.

  5. Daily law #61 March 1st to awaken the dimensional mind

Once you've learned and are starting to work on your own it's important to stretch your thinking. To learn other skills that can give you a different outlook on what you've already learned.

  6. Before each month Robert Greene goes into the message for the month.

This message is about continually becoming an apprentice in life. About doing the work to get to mastery. He states very clearly that you don't have to be special or a genius. You do, however, have to put in the work.

  7. Daily law #60 February 29th is about taking the hacker approach.

A hacker finds and uses information from many sources and looks for pieces that are relevant. Being a hacker mindset may help you stay agile and interested in your work.

  8. Daily law #59 February 28th to the master goes the knife.

This daily law talks about learning all you can from your mentor and then using only the parts that work for you. It talks about how, as a student you don't honor a mentor by staying only a student.

  9. Daily law #58 February 27th is to establish your own style.

Establishing your own style may mean letting go of traditions. It may mean failing a few times until you find your style.

  10. Daily law #57 February 26th about venturing outside of your comfort zone.

Learning the basics and what consistently works is an important foundation but there comes a time when you have to try new things. When you need to stretch yourself and try things that could fail. Things that make you uncomfortable. That's where the magic is!

  11. Daily law #56 February 25th is that you should keep expanding you horizons.

He talks about the fact that apprenticeship is hard and that things are often against you. This is why you have to work harder at this period of your life to overcome. To always look to expand yourself. As soon as you feel comfortable it's time to challenge yourself to more!

  12. Daily law #55 February 24th is to surpass your Master.

By learning everything from the people who are successful and then by taking that learning and adding your own twist is where you become the master. Where you can find success.

  13. Daily law #54 February 23 is about never enough knowledge

I think this is so true. Even when we think we know there is more to learn and experience. More knowledge and actions to learn is always going to add to your life as long as it's learning AND applying that learning.

  14. Daily law #53 February 22nd is about absorbing purposeful energy

Finding and spending more time around people who have purpose in their lives can not only help us learn more but can also be very supportive in keeping us 9n track for our own dreams.

  15. Daily law #52 February 21st about creating a need for you.

This was what I've been expecting from this book. Basically, he says if they don't need you they will get rid of you quickly. Wow...so much to be said about this!

  16. Daily law #51 February 20th about understanding how the brain works.

At first glance I wasn't so sure about this. He talks about putting your faith into learning and not technology. Our world of technology grows every day. But technology changes and can fail when you need it. Learning you carry with you forever.

  17. Daily law #50 February 19th says to choose time.

If we spend too much time on things that don't matter to us as much we lose all that time that we could have used to do the important things. The things that really matter to us. Choose time.

  18. Daily law #49 February 18th is that there are 2 kinds of failure.

There is the failure where you fail and and right there you decide it can't be done. You don't try any more. Or there is the failure where you learn. You understand that there is a lesson and you keep trying!

  19. Daily law #48 February 17th is about the painful truth.

The painful truth is that there is no shortcut. Do the work.

  20. Daily law #47 February 16 is to love the detailed work.

The detailed work is the work many people try to avoid or they consider it to small for them to bother with. But the detailed work is what leads to mastery and sets you apart from others. It's in the detailed work where you build that foundation to success.

  21. Daily law #46 February 15th is about how concentrated practice cannot fail!

The 10,000 hour rule seems to apply across different studies and skills. At 10,000 hours of practice you are most probably going to be at a high level of skill. So, start practicing now...and every day!

  22. Daily law #45 February 14th is about moving toward resistance.

I've lived my life like this for a while now. As a "recovering perfectionist" I've had to force myself to do things poorly. We naturally resist the hard things. If we can create a way to continually challenge our weaknesses we can learn mastery.

  23. Daily law #44 February 13th is about how to learn quickly and deeply.

This is a tough one but SO worth it. It's about going into anything as though you were a child. Leaving behind all you think you know and approaching it as if you know nothing and that the people around you know everything. To learn from a completely open honest space.

  24. Daily law #43 February 12th is about learning by doing.

Practice practice practice! The actions are what we learn the most from. The getting out and DOING it. And keep doing it!

  25. Daily law #42 February 11th is about seeing the accelerated returns.

This means that it's a process of doing until you start to see small successes which energize you to keep going and it gets better and better faster from there!

  26. Daily law #41 February 10th is about learning from everything.

The more you know about something the better you will be at it. Every part is critical to your success. And every thing you do with a mind to learn all you can is valuable.

  27. Daily law #40 February 9th is about redefining pleasure.

If you told me years ago I would enjoy doing a 5k I would have thought you were crazy. I have redefined pleasure as a challenge. As the satisfaction I get when I achieve something I am afraid to do or try.

  28. Daily law #39 February 8th is about finding the perfect mentor.

A perfect mentor is someone you look up to. Someone who inspires you and welcomes a chance at sharing their knowledge with you.

  29. Daily law #38 Feb 7th is that there is one shortcut to mastery - getting a mentor!

A mentor is full of actual real life experiences that they can share with you. Their practical knowledge is a goldmine of real lessons.

  30. Daily law #37 Feb 6th about considering yourself a builder.

If I was a builder I would have my end goal. I would make a plan and follow the steps it takes to build something worthwhile. It takes time and it takes working on the plan step by step. Are you a builder?

  31. Daily law #36 Feb 5th about accumulating skills.

The days have working for a company for 25 years and retiring are gone. Always learning new skills is important. Exploring the things that you are curious about and enjoy is critical to having joy and flexibility in your life.

  32. Daily law #35 Feb 4th is about valuing learning above all else

This law talks about knowing that learning valuable. When we get too comfortable in what we are doing that inevitably something will happen and if we value learning over everything that it will lead us to mastery.

  33. Daily law #34 Feb 3rd is about having ONE goal

The one goal is to always learn. To always choose the path or job or thing that will have you learning. That this is one of the most important things to transforming your mind.

  34. Daily law #33 Feb 2 about what you have to offer

When thinking about working with a mentor people often think about what that person will teach us. We usually can't even imagine that they would need any help. But they do. Finding what you have to offer is the best way to work with anyone. And you DO have things to offer. Also, learning what it…

  35. Daily law #32 or Feb 1 about learning to learn

The month of February is going to be about apprenticeship. So this law is about learning to learn. For me it's about being open. About putting aside everything that I think I know so that I can actually learn.

  36. Daily law # 31 the source of all power.

I'm not sure that I would have called it this. It talks about experimenting in life and being open to find your life's purpose. That it takes time and exploration to get there.

  37. Daily law #30 is to trust the process! I LOVE this one!

I use this #trusttheprocess all the time. I've always said that I'm the turtle. Slow and steady wins the race.

  38. Daily law #29 is about becoming who we are. But who are we? And how do we know?

Do we know who we are? How do we know? We are taught from birth what we should and shouldn't do. Who we should and shouldn't be. Becoming who we really are takes time and work to uncover.

  39. Daily law # 28 - The path is not linear

So true. This very podcast has been an example of that. I think it's important to remind ourselves that the path is NOT a straight line. For SO many reasons.

  40. Daily law #27 talks about the real secret. - the mind!

Ok. I'll be honest. It took a little bit of mulling on this one. He talks about the idea that the real secret is that your mind is the most powerful thing. That we can work on creating the mastery of our minds.

  41. Daily law #26 about not letting the outside world influence you!

What?! We are constantly being told what to do and not do, but not following our own interests and talents only leads to dissatisfaction. At any point in our lives we must learn to ignore those outside forces and be guided by our own inner guidance.

  42. Daily law #25 about little by little changing ourselves

Living in an age where things appear to be so quick and easy is decieving. Inner change takes time and energy. Behind every hit song there are years of work and 100's of songs you haven't heard. Stop comparing yourself to the end result of someone else's success. Patience. Take the steps and time...

  43. Daily law #24 talks about combining our fascinations

Each one of us is unique. We have unique interests and talents. When I think about this daily law I can see where each of us has different ways of putting things together and how that can actually be amazing!

  44. Daily law #23 about creating a ladder of descending goals

I can totally understand this one. Having a large goal is overwhelming to me. Breaking it down into smaller actions each week makes it much more accomplishable!

  45. Daily law #22 using resistance & negative spurs

This law talks about the fact that we get lazy and want to stay safe. That to become better we need to get uncomfortable and fail more.

  46. Daily law #21 about depending on others is misery

This one I had some angst about. It talks about depending on yourself is power and depending on others is misery. I have some conflicting emotions about this.

  47. Daily law #20 see mastery as salvation

He talks about the need to master our different problems. That we need to be in action to save our world. My take on this is that we live in a world of want to be "viral video" type of energy. Success doesn't happen overnight. It takes work and action and learning.

  48. Daily law #19 about listening to YOUR inner authority

This one talks about how we are all unique and that when we follow our own unique path that we are better off. That our uniqueness is important.

  49. Daily law #18 Stop being so nice

Wow, this one hit pretty hard. It took me many years to practice and learn to be less nice. To honor and care enough about myself and my own needs. Stop being so nice....period!

  50. Daily law #17 about the true source of creativity

This daily law talks about creativity as being something that has emotion. That being emotionally connected and expressive is creative and leads to more creativity.
