From the Under Ground
by Alice Garner
Welcome to the podcast, from the Under Ground, a platform which seeks to elevate marginalized voices, at Davidson College and beyond. As a social justice and anti-racist activist on campus, I hope to uncover the silenced voices of those who fight every day to make Davidson and other predominately privileged, white, cisgender, heterosexual spaces, a safer and more inclusive space every single day. I hope to create a place where they can candidly share their own experience with activism, the barriers they have faced along the way, and tips for those in the activist community.
