After experiencing foster care as a young woman and struggling to find people who understood how to properly care for her textured hair, Rosa learned to care for it herself; an experience that would eventually help shape her career and her commitment to making sure every client feels seen, understood, and confident.Rosa began her professional journey through the cosmetology program at Temple High School and went on to build a career centered not only on great hair, but also on education. Today, she specializes in working with a variety of hair types and textures and continues to invest in education to better serve her clients. She also gives back through Foster Love Bell County, where she has led hair-care clinics helping foster families learn how to properly care for textured hair.
