We can't hurry change as much as we might like, there is a slow work that is often the best work of change in our life.

Rapid wholesale changes to life don't seem to work, we can readily creep back into practices of old and that can be demoralising. What creative ways can we commit to simple consistency to help shape us for tomorrow and steer us to running the race better.

Where the velocity of life can feel overwhelming how do we create moments of slow, to allow us space to think and contemplate. That we might be present and unhurried in the moment.

Apologies, this podcast was probably launched at the wrong time, I was busy and pulled in multiple different directions and couldn't give it shape. Now the dust has settled after a fairly busy season, I want to visit this creative project again and really sink my teeth into it.
