Free agency has begun and there is SO much to gossip about! From the new signing of Victoria's 'second' favorite, Isaih Pachecho to losing a few fan favorites... we can't tell if we are celebrating or in tears over here?

Today, we jump on for an emergency episode as we mourn the trade of Knuckles (aka David Montgomery). Whether you were a Lions fan or just a fan of Sonic & Knuckles as the best duo in the backfield... you can admit this one stings. We will miss you, #5.

The all-star and Olympic breaks are coming to an end, and Detroit sports are back in action! As the Red Wings and Pistons continue to make a push for the playoffs, we celebrate the Olympic achievements of the men AND women from Team USA, while shouting out Flava Flav for bringing the celebration of the century to our Women's USA hockey team.

Victoria and Jodi recap the Super Bowl with unfiltered reactions, sideline opinions, and the kind of commentary you only hear once the game’s actually over.
