Daz wrote this song way back in the Cape Town days when he was a tad depressed. We have brought the song back. Its a little different, this one.. Pretty gnarly lyrics, not for the faint-hearted! Check out Carina's double-bass with bow action, epic stuff! Co-produced with our friend John Marks with a few first takes here in Tofino, BC, Canada. This song is a dedication to my mother Kim Collins (Roberts), who passed away on 30 June 2016 at the age of 58. She was born in 1958. The second time the cancer came knocking, we held it at bay with cannabis oil for a while before it finally got her. The crowd was beautifully warmed up by Bousada & Butterflywingtip before us. These are the first six tracks we played, unfortunately we didn't manage to record the second half of the set. This was by far our skankiest show so far!
