    BACKROOMS

This week, we talk about Kane Parsons' new film "Backrooms," an A24 box-office record breaking movie, all directed by a 20-year-old. Guests this week include comedian and writer Baby Rivera and activist Kait McQuown. Justin talks about being chopped because he's 27 and doesn't have a movie with A24, Will highlights each jump scare that gagged him in the movie, Baby introduces the group to AMC popcorn refills, and Kait talks about the horrors of being in an office building. Tune in now!

OBSESSION w/ Special Guest Brennan Zhou

Today's episode is a little different...because we got to talk to someone that worked on the fabulous new horror film that has taken the world by a storm, "Obsession." Brennan Zhou was a production assistant on the film and revealed that the entire team was quite small (but mighty). In this episode, we go into the filmmaking of "Obsession," what it's like being a production assistant or "PA" in Hollywood, and talk about some of the scariest jump scares in any horror movie. Ever. Tune in now!

    HOKUM

The girls and gays cover "HOKUM," a new horror film from Damian McCarthy about a horror writer who visits an Irish inn to scatter his parents' ashes, unaware the property is said to be haunted by a witch. This week's guests include queen Meredith Aebi, a gorgeous, big mf-brained, red-headed screenwriter baddie and the hilarious Byron Scott Adams, an actor, writer, and artist here in LA who is a CINEPHILE honey. The crew talks about Toni Collette, even though she isn't in this film. Justin talks about rooting for the witch, Will says the word "nothingburger" 14 times, Byron talks about the fruity audience in the theater, and Meredith expresses her love for Diet Coke, the hot girl drink of drinks. Tune in now!

    THE DRAMA

This episode's discussion is about A24's hit new film "The Drama," starring Zendaya and Robert Pattinson. As you know about this film, there's quite a reveal in the first act that gets the rest of the movie going. And honey, we talk all about it. Hosts Justin and Will are joined by Hala, a fellow film-school baddie who currently works in the industry in LA as a producer. Justin roasts the director of the film for his upsetting relationship with a minor, Will psychoanalyzes Zendaya's character choices, and Hala questions the etymology of Wetzel's Pretzels. Tune in now!

    PROJECT HAIL MARY

Trigger warning: fisting. The girls discuss Project Hail Mary, a film that follows science teacher Ryland Grace who wakes up alone on a spaceship light-years from Earth. Hosts Justin and Will are joined by their edgy design friend Kurt who apparently hates happy movies and Stacy, a bisexual queen mother diva from episodes' past. Justin geeks out over IMAX 70mm, Will talks about his hot new job (which is painting the Universal Studios giant minion that looks over Los Angeles), Kurt talks about fisting (which makes up a quarter of this entire episode, probably), and Stacy mentions just how gorgeous Ryan Gosling looks in this film. Tune in now!

    THE BRIDE

Justin and Will are joined by two fabulous friends, Meredith and Stacy, to talk about Maggie Gyllenhaal's new film, "The Bride." This film takes place in 1930s Chicago, when Frankenstein asks Dr. Euphronius to help create a companion. They give life to a murdered woman as the Bride, sparking romance, police interest, and radical social change.Justin talks about the worst parking lot in Los Angeles, Will says his favorite part of the film was when Stacy's water bottle fell out of her tote bag in the theater, Meredith compares the film to playing Monopoly and being stuck in jail the entire time, and Stacy describes the film as two loons running amok in the streets.

    WUTHERING HEIGHTS

The divas discuss Emerald Fennell's controversial new movie, 'Wuthering Heights,' that follows a passionate and tumultuous love story between Heathcliff and Catherine Earnshaw.Justin and Will bring in Armani (a bff from college and a commercial producer) and Baby (a writer/comedian who had a lot to say about the film). Justin talks about plush rockers. Armani fell asleep until a fight broke out in the theater. Will snuck an entire pizza in. And Baby, rocked off soju, said her favorite moment was when she left the theater to go to the bathroom. Tune in to this comedic review of 'Wuthering Heights' to hear our full thoughts.

    PILLION

The girls and gays review Pillion, a film about a directionless man who is swept off his feet when an enigmatic, impossibly handsome biker takes him on as his submissive. It's GAY gay.The crew talks a little bit too much about "painting," (not the kind you'd think). Justin struggles to say the word "enigmatic." Will denies claims that he is drinking a glass of wine with an umbrella straw while recording the pod. Kobe talks about the current state of being gay. And Kait keeps us all on track. We get a little wild on this one. Tune in now!
