These health tools are also known as Blood Pressure Gauges, Sphygmomanometers (probably the least common name), or simply BP monitors. Changing the language is actually very simple, but if you don't know how, you can spend hours trying without success. This video shows just how easy it is to do. Device Specifications: Brand: "Dr. Sents" Model: BP118A (Made in China) Power: It can run on a 6V DC power adapter or 4 AA (1.5V) batteries, totaling 6V. Note: In this case, I used a standard 5V cell phone charger and a cable that connects the device’s power port to the USB port on the charger (I believe the device comes with this cable). Step-by-Step Instructions As soon as you plug it in, it turns on. Just follow these steps: 1- Press and hold the main function button for approximately 3 seconds. You will see the letters "LAN" appear; it will be set to number 1 by default. 2- Press the small button with the "M" in a circle ⓜ. It will change to LAN 2, which corresponds to Spanish. 3- Press the main function button again to confirm and save the language. 4- And that’s it! (Done and dusted). Available Languages: • LAN 1: German • LAN 2: Spanish • LAN 3: Dutch I found it quite interesting that it doesn't include English, as that is usually the primary language for almost all devices. Idiomas que trae: LAN 1, es para alemán. LAN 2, es para español LAN 3, es para neerlandés, también conocido como holandés Me llamó la atención que no contiene el idioma inglés, normalmente este es el principal que traen casi todos los dispositivos. My health condition has made it difficult for me. On this occasion, I want to update or report on my medical situation today (it is 04/07/2026), the day I recorded the video. Here is a summary explaining a bit of what has been happening to me. In short, I can tell you that I have had a relapse, as the treatment I was prescribed (Bevacizumab and Erlotinib) is already developing resistance—meaning it no longer has the expected effect. For this reason, they have switched me to another immunotherapy called AFATINIB. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to obtain it yet; I have been without medication from 02-20-2026 until today, 04-07-2026. This is the main reason for the relapse. One of the things that happened to me on 03-23-2026 was something strange: I experienced a loss of many memories, and I had difficulty speaking. The following day, I began to improve bit by bit. The pain in my left femur has been returning due to metastasis. Following the emergency, I have been prescribed Dexamethasone and Prednisone; both are steroids. This is possibly improving my pain slightly, but nothing is perfect—I’ve been having trouble sleeping. The steroids cause me insomnia, just like what happened last time. And that is my current situation—somewhat complicated because I haven't been able to acquire the new treatment (Afatinib). To clarify, there might be other options, though not many; they are the ones that appear in the genetic profile (I will explain this in another video). Una de las cosas que me pasó, en el 23-03-2026, me pasó algo extraño, tuve una perdida de muchas cosas de la memoria, y se me dificultaba hablar. Al día siguiente fui mejorando poco a poco. Los dolores en el fémur izquierdo me han estado volviendo debido a la metástasis. Posteriormente después de la emergencia, me han recetado Dexametasona y Prednisona, ambos son esteroides, posiblemente esto me esta mejorando un poco el dolor, pero nada es perfecto, se me ha dificultado dormir. Los esteroides, me causan insomnio, así me pasó la vez pasada. Y esa es mi situación actual, algo complicada, porque no he logrado adquirir el nuevo tratamiento (Afatinib). Para aclarar pudiera haber otras opciones que no son muchas, son las que aparecen en el perfil genético (en otro video lo explicaré). En el video, les comento, muestro varias imágenes de mis informes y exámenes, que me he realizado. Muchas páginas web de bancos, informan sobre cual es su enlace oficial, correo oficial, etcétera, para tratar de evitar que las personas sean engañadas o robadas. Acá les muestro un ejemplo de una captura que tomé desde la página del Banco Mercantil. Como conclusión podemos decir que debemos estar muy atentos, a veces los engaños no son tan evidentes, por ejemplo vean el siguiente ejemplo, donde van a fijarse en las diferencias: "[email protected]" y "[email protected]". ¿Ven la diferencia?, por eso debemos revisar los detalles, porque por algo así podemos ser engañados o estafados fácilmente.
