After 20 years of horror the beast demands a mortal maiden to be sent to him or the kingdom will perish. But mortol maidens are in short supply in the Land of Oz (Dorothy Gale, Betsy Bobbin, and Trot), so the Ozureians seeks Tattypoo the Good Witch of the North for help.
