Trusting God's process in healing from parental pain

Dear Sis in Christ, I hope this video finds you well. This video is honestly for me and for those who are struggling with having a relationship with their mother. For years I have been feeling broken, lonely and unseen by my mother and it has done a great deal on my mental health. In the last few years God has been ministering to me on how I need to handle my disappointment and expectations that I held towards my mom. My heavenly Father has shown me that although I don't have what I want or what I think I need from my mother, I have exactly what I need from Him. Take heart that God feels your pain and he sees the tears you have cried over not having a healthy relationship with your mother. Your mother is human and has her struggles like you and me. Continue to trust God and allow the Holy Spirit to do a new work within your heart and to show you how to heal and show up for your mother like He has for me. Sincerely, Your big sis, Cre

Take back your mind and be changed FOREVER

Our minds are constantly being pulled in different directions. Worries about the future, responsibilities, relationships, and everyday pressures can easily consume our thoughts and distract us from what matters most. In this video, we'll talk about the importance of taking back control of our thoughts and intentionally focusing on the things that bring purpose, peace, and lasting value to our lives. When we allow our minds to become consumed by fear, stress, and endless "what ifs," we often lose sight of the bigger picture and the priorities that truly deserve our attention. Learning to redirect our focus isn't about pretending challenges don't exist. It's about choosing where we place our mental energy and remembering what is worthy of our attention. When our minds are centered on truth, purpose, gratitude, and the things that matter most, we can experience greater peace, clarity, and confidence in our daily lives. If you've been feeling mentally exhausted, overwhelmed, or distracted by anxious thoughts, this conversation is for you. It's time to stop allowing worry to take up so much space in your mind and start focusing on what truly matters. Take your mind back. Refocus your thoughts. Live with intention.

The Scripture That Changed My Mind About Worry

Worry and anxiety became such a normal part of my everyday life that I didn’t even realize how heavy everything felt until I started leaning on God differently. In this episode, I’m sharing my personal journey with overthinking, fear about the future, emotional exhaustion, and trying to carry everything on my own. I talk about the scriptures that helped shift my mindset and reminded me that God never intended for us to live weighed down by worry.Through verses like Psalms 55:22, Psalms 147:3, and Isaiah 43:2, I’ve learned that God is close to the brokenhearted, faithful in hard seasons, and present even in the middle of uncertainty. If you’ve been feeling anxious, mentally drained, overwhelmed, or discouraged, I hope this episode encourages you to release what you’ve been carrying and trust God one step at a time.Thank you for listening and being part of this journey with me. 💛✨ Scriptures Mentioned: 📖 Psalms 55:22 📖 Psalms 147:3 📖 Isaiah 43:2#ChristianPodcast #FaithOverFear #TrustGod #ChristianWomen #AnxietyAndFaith #JesusChrist #ChristianEncouragement

What Therapy Taught Me as a Believer

Loving God has always been a core part of my life and for a long time, I believed that my faith alone was supposed to “fix” everything. I was taught, directly and indirectly, that if I just prayed more, trusted more, and leaned into God harder, the pain from my past would disappear. So when I was still hurting… I felt confused, ashamed, and even a little distant from God. In this video, I open up about what it looks like to love God deeply and still need therapy. We’re talking about breaking away from the belief systems many of us grew up with the idea that seeking help means your faith is weak, or that trauma should just be “prayed away.” The truth is, unhealed wounds don’t disappear just because we ignore them. And choosing to face them doesn’t make you less faithful it makes you honest. Therapy didn’t replace my relationship with God it helped me understand myself, process my experiences, and create space for deeper healing. It gave language to things I didn’t know how to pray about and helped me untangle pain I didn’t even realize I was carrying. If you’ve ever felt like: • “I love God… so why am I still hurting?” • “Is something wrong with me?” • “Shouldn’t my faith be enough?”You are not alone. Healing is not a betrayal of your faith it can actually be a part of how God restores you. This is your reminder that God can work through prayer, through people, and yes even through therapy. ✨ You can love God and still need help. ✨ You can have faith and still be healing. ✨ You are allowed to do both.

What's holding you back from the will of God

Have you ever felt called to something but immediately thought, “I’m not qualified for this”? This message is for you. 💛Following God’s call isn’t about having it all together, it’s about obedience. It’s about showing up even when you feel insecure, unprepared, or unsure. The truth is, God has never required perfection. He just asks for your yes.In this video, we’re talking about what it means to step into your calling when doubt is loud and confidence feels low. Not everything will look polished. Not every step will feel comfortable. And that’s okay. Growth isn’t perfect, it’s being faithful. Most importantly, choosing God daily is the greatest thing you can do for your mental health and your personal growth. When you prioritize being close to Him, your mind is renewed, your identity is strengthened, and your purpose becomes clearer. Peace doesn’t come from feeling qualified it comes from being connected to God.At the end of the day, this journey isn’t about what I want or what I think I’m capable of. It’s about obedience. It’s about honoring God. So just show up. Trust Him. And let Him do the rest. ✨#GirlLovesGod #FaithJourney #ChristianGrowth #MentalHealthAndFaith
