    Healing From Heartbreak (Part 1)

Hi Guys, thank you for joining the conversation, “Healing from Heartbreak.” I’m your host Nicole D. Miller. There’s something about that first heartbreak, isn’t there? It leaves a mark, a bruise on your soul that lingers long after the tears have dried. Maybe it was the way they said goodbye, or maybe it was the sudden realization that the love you poured your heart into wasn’t enough to keep it from slipping through your fingers. And yet, for so many of us, that first heartache becomes a defining chapter that shapes the way we approach love moving forward... The meaning of “red flags” term: A "red flag" when referring to a person signifies a warning sign or behavior that indicates potential problems, usually relating to unhealthy or manipulative actions, and should be considered a cause for concern in a relationship or interaction; essentially, it's a clear sign that something might be wrong or dangerous. The meaning of Emotional Intelligence (EI) is the ability to manage both your own emotions and understand the emotions of people around you. There are five key elements to EI: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. To connect with our panelists:Portia Booker: You can follow on IG: @portia_hugs and on Linked In: https://www.linkedin.com/in/theportiabooker/Jennah Lear: You can follow on IG: @bluelouistudios and on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jennahlear/Carmella Menefee: You can follow on IG: @antisocialnetworkinggroupJamia Lewis: You can follow on IG: @thethanksgiverspodcastSecret James: You can follow on IG: @theesecretcaramelnursebae
