This episode, we are joined by Helene Hill, a Professor Emerita at Rutgers University Medical School, a co-author of more than 80 peer-reviewed publications, a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard Medical School, and most important of all -  a powerful representation of what women in STEM face on a daily basis. With a passion for the sciences, Helene has had a variety of experiences in the field - ranging from cancer research and radiology to lab work in photobiology and trace metals. With a passion for structural modeling and simulation, machine learning, and composite mechanics, Prof Chen brings a wealth of expertise to the fields of applied mathematics, civil engineering, and computer science.
