Do you *actually* like that, or are you lying?? We are talking about the things you think people are lying about liking (e.g. crocs, sushi, and long denim skirts). You should like what you like, but don't be afraid to check yourself before jumping on a trend you don't actually care for!

Don't you ever wish you could go back in time, give your teenage self a hug, and offer them super profound words of wisdom?? This week's episode is about just that- all the advice we would give to our younger selves, values we want to emphasize with raising our own kids, and ways we're still trying to improve!

Not sure where the first half of the year has gone, but we're already almost done with June! So this week, we're reflecting back on the resolutions we set going in to 2024 to see how we've done so far...and reminding ourselves it's okay not to knock them all out of the park! We also got some listener feedback on goals you've already achieved versus the ones that still need quite a bit of work. It's never too late to start working towards something!!
