Unleashing the power of micro moments of genius in your life
In this episode, we explore the concept of micro moments of genius and how they can enhance our lives. A micro moment of genius is a brief moment of clarity, insight, or understanding that can help us solve problems, make decisions, and unlock our potential. These moments can be elusive, but they are powerful and can have a lasting impact on our lives. Take that action - write it down, send it etc. To unleash the power of micro moments of genius, we need to be open to them and be willing to listen to our inner voices. We can do this by practicing mindfulness, staying curious, and being open to new ideas. We can also foster these moments by engaging in activities that stimulate our minds and allow us to think creatively. One way to encourage micro moments of genius is to set aside time for creative thinking and problem-solving. This could be as simple as taking a walk or engaging in a hobby that allows us to tap into our imagination and think outside the box. Another approach is to seek out new experiences and challenges that push us out of our comfort zone and encourage us to think in new ways. In addition to these individual strategies, we can also create an environment that supports and encourages micro moments of genius. This could involve fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within our teams or organizations, or even creating physical spaces that are conducive to creative thinking. In conclusion, micro moments of genius can be a powerful tool for enhancing our lives and unlocking our potential. By being open to them, fostering them, and creating an environment that supports them, we can harness their power and use them to solve problems, make better decisions, and achieve our goals.

60 Days Without Alcohol Thoughts
Alcohol is fun, weird, awkward, limiting, a release, memories, social etc etc. You can put many labels on it and to each their own relationship. For me a high functioning, endeavorous person alcohol slows me down. Having that self awareness is key. Having that conversation with yourself is key. I am sharing this video in the hopes that it might help even one person connect the dots and choose to sit that Friday, holiday party, birthday, wedding, concert, happy hour, networking event out. Cheers! ;)

It wasn't Good Luck it was Good Fortune
In this episode Mark talks about the journey of entrepreneurship, documenting the daily reality and how to start - anything. From Startups.com In order for a Founder to exit they couldn't rely on luck. Luck is what happens when we're at the blackjack table and you get dealt an ace and a king. Luck is what happens when we buy a random lottery ticket and through some benevolent force of chaos, the very same numbers are called to win. Fortune is what happens when we show up, day after day, against all odds, trying to create something in the universe that would have never existed without us. Good fortune is what happens when the sum total of that effort turns into some giant pile of cash that would have never existed without us. We may have had some luck along the way, but luck doesn't pay bills — effort does. Full article on Startups.com
