Join us this week with the effervescent, eloquent and always engaging Elle Young, host of Headhunters on PBS and singer/songwriter/creative hurricane in Cool Explosions. We explore her many thoughts and feelings about music, both as a creator and as a lover of all things music. She also opens about her experience with mental health in herself and in her family. Episode 3 features the legend that is Andy Pope from Beautiful Beasts. Andy is an incredibly inspiring human who has more or less been to hell and back. We explore his views on spirituality, veganism, ethics and life in general. This episode is a shorter one but stay tuned for a future episode where we’ll explore some topics more in depth. In the meantime, enjoy this chat with good old Andrew and hopefully it’ll prompt you to explore some of your own deeper thoughts and values.  

In this second episode, we have drummer extraordinaire James Davies talking about creativity and its all consuming nature. James aims to be a broad person but by his own admission, "lives and breathes music". He's someone who has battled the torture of constantly comparing himself to others and having a harsh inner critic narrate his everyday life and has somehow managed to be an incredibly high-functioning, self-aware productive person.   Recently back from touring Europe and Africa with Black Jesus Experience, James talks about his growth as a person over the years and how he has managed to tame his demons and be such a productive member of society.   Thanks for joining us for this second episode of GLUM CLUB!
