by Gorbera

Deejay/Producer Gorbera born in Lisbon, Portugal, of Portuguese and Cape Verdean descent. Since early, John found his enormous love for music as a consequence of all the different kinds of music styles he was exposed to throughout his life.Gorbera’s first performances has a Deejay were garage and school parties. Thanks to his unique style and different sound vibes, he started to get known and received upbeat feedback from his friends. From then on, his passion for music helped him laying the path so far.An avid music collector since ever, John embraced, years ago, a project for a local radio station in his birth town, simultaneously to his new club residency at one of the most popular clubs of that time. Ultimately, it was during those years that he was introduced to Soulful House Music and to the one who came to be his great mentor and friend, Johnny Rodry. Their friendship grew strong while Rodry showed important things to Gorbera, like how to read a crowd, how to overlook the hype
