These changes give rise to the four seasons of spring, summer, autumn, and winter. These four periods of the year can mirror the different seasons of our lives. Seasonal changes affect how we live and what we wear. To survive these seasons we need to adapt to these changes. As the seasons change we are awakened to the impermanence of life and we realize the importance of embracing the present.
