AKAI MPK mini jungle jam
Playing around with granular wave synthesis in Reason 10. The new Grain Sample Manipulator may be my favorite synth ever? Other new updates are subtle but noticeable for a hardcore Reason user such as myself. Playing around on the keys using a newly acquired AKAI MPK mini has made melodic work…

Yamaha PSS-100 Digital Recording Keyboard
Created using pre-sets on a Yamaha PSS-100 Digital Recording Keyboard. Recorded raw from the speaker output and EQed a bit in Reason 9.5 as this thing is too dated for any MIDI port.. Maybe one day I will undertake modifying this fine relic by adding a MIDI port. Until then, enjoy!

Maxi and Deacon featuring Pickles
Countless, countless hours spent crafting this track. The creation of this track was a mixture of pitfalls requiring tedious compositional revisions to harmonious, inconceivable synchronicities. Even now I feel there was never a real sense of resolve with this piece, at some point I just had to...

Was overall happy with the compression and equalization effects carrying this tune. Still learning.

Ashland Orange Line
Inspiration strikes at surprising moments, when the light bulb flashes, the rest is history. Listen for the CTA samples embedded in this tune.

Big Business
New track! It's dark, it's technical, and it was made in a house... It's Big Business.

Good Morning Paul
The melding and remolding of essentially two separate tracks that just needed to interconnect. This track is the result of months of experimentation and the culmination of nearly 5 years of working within a digital audio workstation. I hope you find the same love, hope and intention that poured...
