    Brightside Vintage

Send us Fan MailThis week we’re joined by Frannie O (Whiteside) — a loyal listener turned guest who came through with way more than just a story.Frannie fits right in from the jump, breaking down how she’s built her own lane through fashion and reselling, and what goes into running Brightside Vintage ( @brightside_vintage ). She talks about her eye for pieces, how she curates her style, and the hustle behind turning vintage into something that actually moves. We get into her day-to-day grind, balancing multiple ventures, and how she stays consistent in a space that’s always changing. She also opens up about confidence, presentation, and how fashion plays a role in how she carries herself and her brand.Beyond the business, Frannie’s just naturally herself — funny, sharp, and easy to talk to — which makes this one feel less like an interview and more like she’s been part of the crew.Support the showGet your Gear here: htpodcast.myshopify.com

    Whoa He's Big Time!

Send us Fan MailThis week on Hoagie Time, the guys bounce from thrift-store fashion and dog shows to music legends, career pivots, and forgotten creative eras. Things kick off with a shoutout to local vintage culture before taking a sharp left into the Westminster Dog Show, where a surprising name pops up: Sixers star Tyrese Maxey. Yes — that Tyrese Maxey. Dog scene, confirmed. From there, the conversation stretches into music history and creative “windows,” breaking down why it’s pointless to judge artists outside the era they were in. Bob Dylan, Dave Matthews, and the rise-and-fall (and rise again) of live bands all get the Hoagie Time treatment.Heif Dog reflects on stepping into a new phase of adulthood — including landing a job, navigating real commutes, and officially becoming “laptop guy” — while Mike revisits peak Dave Matthews fandom, tape trading, and the obsessive joy of live recordings before the internet ruined everything. The episode winds through lost four-track recordings, forgotten gigs, and the realization that maybe nobody ever really quits music — they just pause it for a while.Support the showGet your Gear here: htpodcast.myshopify.com

    Ethos

Send us Fan MailThe guys recap a last-minute Sixers game on MLK Day, what you actually notice sitting close to the court, and the reality of Joel Embiid’s game and health at this stage of his career. It turns into a broader conversation about Philly sports memories, growing up at games, and how expectations change when stars get older. From there, the episode drifts into music, legacy, and listening deeper — touching on Ben Folds, Bobby Weir, the Grateful Dead, and what great musicianship sounds like when it’s subtle, patient, and intentional. A laid-back conversation about sports, art, and appreciating the details you don’t catch at first glance.Support the showGet your Gear here: htpodcast.myshopify.com

    Dorsey Field

Send us Fan MailIt starts at Dorsey Field with a legendary almost-fight that had kids from every age group watching. From there, it turns into stories about growing up, local characters, weight gain, denial, bad decisions, long memories, and how life eventually forces a reckoning—sometimes years later.Loose conversation, real stories, no filters.Support the showGet your Gear here: htpodcast.myshopify.com

    New Year Negativity

Send us Fan MailHeif Dogg, Money Mike, and BT sit down with former bandmates for a long, honest conversation about how the band originally came together and why it eventually fell apart. They talk openly about the early days, writing together, and the excitement of building something from nothing — followed by the arguments, creative clashes, and personal fights that started to derail things. There’s no dodging responsibility here; each person reflects on what went wrong, what was said, and how tension slowly replaced momentum. As the episode unfolds, the conversation keeps circling back to time passing and the false reset of New Year’s promises — the idea that things will magically be different if everyone just hangs on a little longer. Those themes bleed directly into the music, with live songwriting, lyric revisions, and unfinished songs that mirror the same conflicts being discussed. It’s part reflection, part reckoning, and part creative release — a rare look at former band members talking through the past while still trying to make something honest in the present.Support the showGet your Gear here: htpodcast.myshopify.com

    Reggea

Send us Fan MailThis one goes off the rails fast.We start by finding out Money might be a 1/4 Gay? Then butchering the spelling of “reggae,” slide into a rant about terrible cover songs, drift into Christmas movies, DraftKings addictions, basement exile, and somehow end up diagnosing why Heif would absolutely be the first guy on a Springfield swingers block. In between all the nonsense, there’s some real talk about the holidays, getting older, mental health, and forcing yourself to actually enjoy the season — even if you’re harmonizing alone in the car or hiding from your family in the basement.Big thanks to everyone who helped with the Sassy Massey toy effort. And if you want to drop off toys or coats yourself:777 Sproul Rd, SpringfieldDecember 12th, 2025 • 4pm–8pmSupport the showGet your Gear here: htpodcast.myshopify.com

From old Chester crime tales to the lost connections of past generations, the conversation keeps circling back to how memories and myths get passed down — and how often we find out we never had the full story. From there, things take a sharp turn into today’s headlines: scandals in music, questions about DNA privacy, and the blurred line between culture and chaos at places like Irish Weekend. Add in riffs on sports miracles, parenting, and what it means to hold on to (or lose) your roots, and you’ve got a full ride through humor, reflection, and the kind of raw honesty only this crew can deliver.Support the showGet your Gear here: htpodcast.myshopify.com
