It's that time of the year, folks! We hope you enjoy our annual offering of creepy, strange and weird tales, as well as a little surprise at the end, because what would a Hold On, Let Me Tell It Creepshow be without some Jeopardy?! Hey gang! We are back! Adam, Sarah & I decided to sit down and fire this thing back up and I'm so glad we did. We had a blast recording this one. Topics included a Tampa Bay legend, The Dark Web, animals in freezers and a ton more. We wrapped it up with a quick round of Filthy Trivia, because why not? We will be back before the end of the month with the annual Creepshow Spooktacular, so stay subscribed and tell your friends!

The treacherous trio are back to spread some holiday cheer for you wonderful listeners! This week on the show we spent a good chunk of our time talking about the Max documentary “Class Action Park”. This place was like Shangri La if you were an 80’s kid who wanted to rage. If you haven’t seen it, you should definitely check it out. Welcome to part II of the 2023 Creepshow! We spent a few minutes chatting about last week's topics including the papermill documentary that Adam referenced. From there we get into this weeks tales that include an industrial revolution steel mill that may be haunted by one of its most notorious foremen, the strange numbers stations that started popping up shortly after the cold war of which many are still operating today, and a crazy story about an exorcism of a woman who was tormented from beyond the grave by some of the worst people on the planet. We're back, witches! This week we we're more than happy to reconvene in the studio after a several month hiatus to bring you what has become the favorite shows of the year for both the listeners as well as Adam, Sarah & I: Creepshow! We took a few minutes in the beginning to just chop it up, but the meat of the show is focused on some chilling stories. A man winds up dead in a vat of pulp in a Green Bay paper mill. Several people end there own lives in a Milwaukee government building for seemingly no reason. A mysterious letter sender tortures some new homeowners from the shadows of an idyllic town in New Jersey. This week on the show we open things up with Adam telling us that he got hit by a tow truck. From there we briefly run down a trip to see some wrestling in Oshkosh. The Scat with Mat makes a triumphant return as we read a couple reviews off Amazon for a colon cleanse. After that, it's another modified round of the Hit List as Adam and Sarah face off to see who will be the new #1 contender for the Ramblin' Rabbi. Enjoy!

On the show this week we had a couple guests! Both have been on the show a time or two, but it was great to welcome TJ and Roman back to the table. We didn't really have an agenda, which turned out to be a great idea as the laughs were plentiful. In the second half, Sarah hosted a lightning round of filthy trivia just for funzies. Enjoy!

This week on the show we check in with Sarah after a trip to see the Packers at Lambeau Field. She gives us a run down of what the tailgate looked like, as well as a stop on the way up at a bar where she walked away with a unique prize! From there, since we recorded on the biggest drinking day of the year, Sarah and Adam went head-to-head in a round of Drunk Ass Trivia. Enjoy!

This week on the show we have a special guest at the table. Mat & Sarah’s nephew, Chase! He’s been on before, so we get caught up with him before transitioning to the final chapter in the 2022 Creepshow series. Sort of. More on that in a bit. Adam & Sarah both bring stories to the table and the grand finale was to be another installment of Creepshow Jeopardy, but something went wrong. After a hilarious (almost hour) of the game, it was never recorded. They can't play it again, so we have devised a plan in which we will run it back (hopefully next week) with two other contestants. This week on the show we have a very special guest: Adam’s uncle, Jon Tollefson! Jon has been one of our biggest supporters since we started this thing over three years ago. He is a recent retiree of the JFD, so you know he has stories for days! After just shooting the bull for a few we play 1 true 3, followed by choosing what stories we wanted to hear Jon tell (seriously, he brought in a menu of stories that we perused) I sincerely hope you folks dig it, because we aren’t letting all of that content slip through our grasps. This week on the show we have a very special guest on the show that we haven’t had on in almost a full year. Lisa Conry sits at the table with us! We spend the first half just getting caught up to speed on what we’ve been up to in the last week, and Mat lays out an update for the Tecmo Fantasy Bowl. Then in the second half, Lisa quizzes us on some Holiday trivia. Things get very funny when one answer doesn’t go the way that a certain someone doesn’t think it should go. This week on the show, Mat recaps the past weekend which included a terrible Packers game and an even worse food situation. Sarah reveals that we are recording on her 20th wedding anniversary, and we learn that Irene isn't the only crazy cat lady in Dongsville. Then in the second half of the show, Sarah hosts a round of "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" that pits the boys against one another. It's a close one!

This weeks show gets kicked off with some pro wrestling talk, brought on by Sarah watching some episodes of the critically acclaimed "Dark Side of the Ring". This week on the show we once again welcome in Adam's folks, Jody & Kristy Tollefson! We start things off talking about Adam's first visit to Miller Park... Errrr... AmFam Field in over a year, and Sarah has a story about how frustrating it was to purchase a patio set over the weekend. Then, what we are all here for, it's the rubber match for the grand championship of Who Wants To Be A Podcast Millionaire? Which team will reign supreme? You will have to listen to find out. Mat also shares a story about a British couple that allegedly cheated to win the top prize on the UK version of the popular game show in 2001. This is it! The last show of what will no doubt go down as one of the strangest years of our lives. This episode too felt a bit strange. Sarah joins us via satellite from an undisclosed location in Vero Beach, Fl where she just managed to escape one of the worst snowfall's to hit Wisco in the past couple years to discuss the Holiday season so far. Everyone just kind of did their own thing across the board and while it was nice, it was strange. Mat talks about Sarah's competitive nature when it comes to the annual "Yankee Swap" (seriously, you guys, she's like a ringleader). We also talk about Mat winning the championship in the Tecmo Fantasy Bowl as well as some Netflix shows. Now that I think about it, this episode was perfectly splendid.   It has been a hell of a year for all of us and I just want to take a second to say thanks to all of you that listen to the show. Producing this podcast each week has been a great way to keep in touch with family and friends (whom we don't get to see enough of) and also sometimes acted as a distraction to all the crazy in the world. I hope that for a little bit each week we were able to bring you some laughs and brighten your day. We'll se you amazing folks in 2021!       -Mat

Holy smokes, we did it! 100 episodes. How do you celebrate such a feat? You invite a special guest onto the show. Mat and Sarah's sister Lisa Conry joins the fun as we take part in a trifecta of trivia games. Each host brings a game to the table, including Desperado, Jeopardy, and one that covers the first 99 shows.           Week in and week out much of the feedback we get is how much the listeners love the games, so while we had to scrap our original plans for the 100th episode, I'm very happy with what we did. I really can't believe that the show that started almost two years ago with a couple stories that Adam and I would retell for our friends, has now evolved into kind of a weekly audio journal that we are able to share mostly with those same friends in a time where face to face contact and hanging out is almost non existent. I think bringing Sarah onboard was the best decision that we made with the show. It changed the dynamic in such a positive way, and I really have a hard time imagining the show without her! I want to take a quick second to thank everyone that has ever been on the show, DTS and The Looking Glass for supplying us with beer and support, and all the listeners whether you listen to every episode or just once in awhile, I appreciate the hell out of you.
