Educators are expected to play numerous roles in a child's well-being and education. Whether the title they strap on at the moment is watcher/caretaker, teacher, facilitator, emotional companion, or many more, It is an educator's job to master all of the roles and often use them simultaneously in their educational practices. The overall purpose for starting this podcast is to provide teachers with knowledge on how to develop themselves as educators and to provide resources and activities to do just that. While this podcast series is aimed at new teachers, the different series can help benefit teachers at all levels. Most important to remember.
