Sacred Christmas 20222 road trip which included visiting Stroke Survival Club in Exmouth, run by Steve Beer, who is the main host for Cross Roads Podcast Radio, and staying at “The Ness”, in Shaldon Village. What a beautiful place.

Frozen pipes in -8 degrees temperatures. I am grateful for having the access to water in abundance in the UK. Without it we are nothing.

How to achieve content living, its a journey, a process of awakening. Flow with the Universe to reach your bliss.

Friendships are everlasting and I am so blessed I have more than one. My Gems are rare and refined.

Love thee self fully and you will find champions of friendship and divine love.

A moment equates to your breath, that is all we have. Live in the moment, live in the now.

Some goodbyes can never be goodbyes, as the depth of attachment is simply inseparable.

No matter how rough is your journey or landing, BLOOM where you are planted.

Frustrated about making a decision? Cloudy mind to clarity comes when you calm your mind and simply follow your heart.

Can you love and UNLOVE the love? I think not!!

The question that haunts us all, throughout our years in the life cycle.
