Rabid fans have overreacted to what they deem as ‘bad behavior’ by Love Islander Zach Georgiou, effectively shutting down his TikTok account for part of the day on Tuesday. A group of fans banded together to falsely “report” Zach’s account, which spurred Season 8 winner, Trinity,  to publicly defend him, telling her followers to stop the hate and ignorant comments. We go in-depth into the latest information surrounding the mysterious death of a black college football player who went to an island off the coast of Mississippi to party with his white friends, and never came home. 18-year-old Nolan Wells’ body was found 2 days later in the waters near Horn Island, and while there is no suggestion of race being an issue in his death, it’s necessary to understand why his parents might not trust Mississippi authorities leading this investigation. The local sheriff immediately announced there was no foul play suspected and suggested it was an accidental drowning…. Tonight, 74-year-old Dennis Sochor is set to die by lethal injection for the 1982 rape and murder of an 18-year-old girl he met on New Year’s Eve. Even though Sochor confessed to the crime, he never revealed where he left her body. To date, Patty Gifford’s body has never been found and the family has been tortured by that fact, in addition to waiting 44 years for Sochor’s execution. Still, there are many who believe it is cruel and unusual to execute elderly inmates, and this is just the second in a series of three executions in Florida that are setting records, each inmate older than the next. A Florida couple thought they could dip down to the pool and have a drink while their young kids were in cribs upstairs at their Key Largo Resort over the Fourth of July weekend. It was an eye opening day of testimony in this week’s preliminary hearing for Tyler Robinson, who is facing the death penalty for the public assassination of Charlie Kirk on an Utah campus last September. Robinson’s former partner and roommate sat down with prosecutors in a pre-recorded interview played for the court on Thursday where he detailed Robinson’s behavior before and after the murder. We are waiting for Democratic Senate candidate Graham Platner to make it official, now that key supporters are lining up, publicly urging him to drop out of his race to unseat longtime Maine senator Susan Collins. Platner posted a 2 minute video denying explosive, new allegations from a former girlfriend who claims Platner raped her back in 2021 after showing up, uninvited to her home, violent and drunk. Platner cancelled multiple public events over the weekend and announced that he is taking time to reflect on the best path forward, while maintaining his innocence. The updates just keep on coming as we get down to the final hours before the United States faces off against Belgium in the round of 16.  FIFA has officially denied Belgium’s appeal to its decision allowing U.S. star Folarin Balogun to play in tonight’s game, despite receiving a red card. In response, Belgium’s football federation put out a pointed critique of how FIFA has mishandled the process.  We’ve also heard from the FIFA president, downplaying President Trump’s call to him asking for a review of the red card, and demanding respect for the committee’s decision to allow Balogun on the field tonight. It was all going so well. Perhaps the most entertaining, heart warming and fun episode culminated with a stunner of an ending. We thought we knew who was going home after America voted for their most compatible couple… but the karaoke challenge created an unexpected outcome. President Trump was questioned at the Oval Office about the major controversy swirling around tonight’s World Cup matchup between the United States and Belgium. Trump said he personally asked FIFA President Gianni Infantino to review the play and the referee’s decision to issue USA star striker Folarin Balogun a red card, meaning he wouldn’t be eligible to play in tonight’s game. Today is day one of a preliminary hearing expected to last all week for 23-year-old Tyler Robinson.  Robinson is facing the death penalty for the September 10th murder of Charlie Kirk, who was shot and killed while speaking to a crowd of 3 thousand people at Utah Valley University. Prosecutors will be laying out its evidence against Robinson, which will include a video taped statement from Robinson’s former roommate and romantic partner, to convince a judge there is enough proof to go to trial. Headlines have been popping up since Friday that Trump may consider adding Sean Diddy Combs to his pardon list in honor of our nation’s 250th anniversary. Trump reportedly wants to pardon 250 people for our 250th celebrations. On Friday, Trump pardoned 11 people, most of whom were convicted on emissions violations of the Clean Air Act, but the question remains will he pardon more in the coming days. Diddy’s release date has already been moved up at third time, to February of 2028, but he also has a pending appeal that could either vacate his conviction or drastically reduce his sentencing. Women are posting their “divorce glow ups” online and it’s become quite the viral trend. You see their before and after photos with captions like “me as a wife” and then swipe to see “me as an ex-wife” and the transformations are significant. Women look fitter, sexier and yes, happier post divorce, but the experts say it’s not cosmetic surgeries or injections, it’s physiological. It was an eventful 250th celebration of our country on Saturday. Unfortunately a mass shooting broke out on Coney Island after the fireworks display, leaving 4 children and 4 adults shot, one woman remains in critical condition this morning. Just a few miles away, the iconic Brooklyn Bridge caught fire during the massive fireworks display over the East River, firefighters were able to put out the flames fairly quickly, but it was an alarming scene in the middle of the show. Once again, the islanders are prompting non-stop conversations in our house, and after last night’s episode, a big topic was girl code. When Amora threw Jen under the bus, telling Gal that Jen was trash talking him in the dressing room, the girls on our couch were outraged about her major girl code violation. We can talk sh*t about each other to each other, but you do not go outside your gender, especially to sabotage a relationship for your own benefit. The question became, what is bro code and how is it different from girl code. After watching last night’s episode, we had a full discussion of why women would benefit from a heterosexual man in their friend group, and Corbin proved why. And then there were 14. Seven couples remain in the villa now, and frankly it was a relief to see who was ultimately voted out and the process was entertaining as hell. First, Jen was left without a partner because Gal chose Amora. But how that all went down didn’t sit well with Jen or us, and to see Gal and Amora voted off an hour later was sweet revenge. Poor Caleb, but he had his shot and it just (obviously) wasn’t working with Jaiden, who hilariously began to act like they just hit a “bump” in the road (to nowhere). Sooooo many lessons learned after the islanders were forced to watch some of their bad behavior displayed for the world to see. It was painful to watch, sure, but that discomfort led to some epiphanies for several cast members, most notably K.C. The conversation prompted by Aniya’s apology to him after movie night was over, was actually a beautiful moment to watch. K.C. is back and Aniya confirmed to all of us, why we like her so much. We also discuss the tough aftermath for both Sincere and Kenzie, and while our hearts go out to Melanie, we have different feelings towards Dylan. We are learning more about the couple who seemingly got engaged on the needle of the Empire State Building this week in New York City. Authorities have charged Angela Nikolau and Ivan Beerkus with multiple felonies, including reckless endangerment and burglary after learning they spent the night in the iconic tower and brought tools with them to break locks to gain access to the needle. The two left court hand in hand, smiling, and gave another photo op for the cameras, kissing in front of a NYC subway station. Hours before the July 2nd deadline imposed by a federal judge, the Department of Justice asked the judge for 60 more days OR accept its reasoning why it would not produce unredacted versions of several documents. The reasoning included protecting victims, protecting people from disturbing allegations without context and it even used “the dog ate my homework” excuse. 67-year-old David Hearn, who represented the United States in three Olympics as a canoeist, is now fighting for his freedom. U.S. Attorney for D.C. Jeanine Pirro announced the felony charge against Hearn after she says he “violently” and “maliciously” destroyed 2 square feet of reflecting pool liner.  Hearn has admitted to touching the liner out of curiosity, but denies removing or damaging it. Attorneys and the family of 1-year-old Kohen Wiley say a preliminary autopsy contradicts the police version of events that led to Kohen’s death. Officers claim Kohen’s mom and her friend were driving their vehicle towards police as they were trying to flee a Walmart after reportedly stealing a box of diapers. However, the independent autopsy suggests the bullet that struck little Kohen came from the passenger side window, not the front windshield. Ohio officials revealed the latest chilling details on the 16 children discovered in a rural Ohio house this week, saying if they had been found 24 hours later, “there was a very high probability that we’d be dealing with a death or multiple deaths of these children.” Police on the scene said some of the kids, who range from 18 months to 18-years-old, couldn’t speak or communicate, saying they looked like feral animals. It was an emotionally charged day and night at the Villa. Episode 25 begins with Dylan inexplicably incapable of controlling his emotions after learning Kenzie kissed Gal. It’s been less than a week and he’s crying? A truly heartbreaking story out of Plantation Florida. A dad goes to pick his toddler son up from daycare only to realize he never dropped him off that morning. He ran back to his vehicle to make the grim discovery that his son had been there the entire day as temperatures soared into the 90s. An unthinkable story out of Missouri as police charge a 10-year-old boy with murder after they say he shot and killed his 7-month-old niece. The boy is the youngest person in that state’s history to be charged with murder. Just four days after the last day of classes, an exterminator investigating a “foul odor” found the shocking source of the smell inside a New York City school’s chimney: a decomposing body.  Investigators are now trying to determine if any construction workers in the area are missing, as the school was under renovations. What started off as a cute story line, the budding bromance between Zach and Bryce, has now become downright confusing. Each episode, the two get more and more physical with one another, even simulating sex. Say it ain’t so, poor Vanilla Ice.  Just hours after the 90’s artist put up a video on social media, enthusiastically telling fans how excited he was to perform on the National Mall to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary, the group hosting the event announced it was being cancelled due to “inclement weather.” The issue, D.C. meteorologists were only predicting possible scattered showers, leading many people to believe the concert was actually cancelled because of low attendance concerns.  Vanilla Ice was just one of two artists who agreed to perform after a handful of other 90s singers and groups all cancelled, not wanting to be associated with the Trump administration. Authorities have arrested and charged former Vegas youth pastor David Vander Meer with first degree murder for the 2006 death of his wife Bernadette. According to police, David and Bernadette were on a sunrise anniversary hike in Zion National Park when Bernadette fell 1200 feet to her death. 33-year-old Michelle Zajko has been charged with murdering her parents on her 30th birthday: New Year’s Eve 2022. Zajko is a member of the cult like group, the Zizians, who have ties to at least six homicides according to police. Prosecutors announced that doorbell camera footage, along with ballistics and cell phone data show Zajko participated in shooting both of her parents in the head shortly after her mom reached out via text to reconcile and wish her a happy birthday.
