There is no known motive for why 52-year-old married father of two, Matthew Mitchell, would shoot and kill his wife and children this week, and then turn the gun on himself. The Mitchells were prominent Houston restaurateurs who spent the last several years building their business, appearing in magazines and on local tv together. 53-year-old special forces sergeant Craig Berry is on the run in Tennessee and considered armed and dangerous. The stranded, virus stricken cruise ship has just been told it cannot dock in the Canary Islands, after Spain’s health ministry said it would accept its passengers and crew. The Canary Islands said there is not sufficient information to guarantee public safety after 3 people died and at least 4 others were sickened from a rare strain of the Hantavirus that can spread from human to human. FBI Director Kash Patel is accusing the Pima County Sheriff’s Department of mishandling the Nancy Guthrie investigation. Patel maintains the FBI was shut out of the first four days of the investigation despite the fact it sent hundreds of agents to the area, and offered to analyze DNA evidence at their labs in Quantico. 81-year-old, former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani has been hospitalized in critical, but stable condition. The World Health Organization says hantavirus has been confirmed in the death of one of three cruise ship passengers and suspected in the other 3 “urgent medical” cases. Yes, you read that headline correctly. Diana Sanders, a nurse from California, bought a “Cheers!” drink package on a 3 day Carnival Cruise. A shocking development overnight, ultra low cost carrier, Spirit Airlines, has completely shut down. Its website tells customers not to go to the airport, its customer service is shuttered and 17 thousand employees are waking up with no job. Authorities announced they have finally identified remains found by local fishermen as the body of 27-year-old Nahida Bristy. Both must stay 100 feet away from one another for the next three years.
