I Am; The Artist
by Derek Zielinski
It’s about observing life through the eyes of an artist. Not an artist as a profession, but as a way of seeing. It starts with ordinary things; a conversation, a business, a relationship, money, a tattoo, a book, something that happened that day. Then we follow the patterns underneath them. Instead of telling you what to think, we slow things down to notice what’s already there. The underlying idea is that your life isn’t just something that’s happening to you. It’s something You are actively creating. Every decision, every belief, every habit, every conversation adds another brush stroke to the piece you’re making. These episodes are simply a collection of those observations. Some are practical. Some are philosophical. Some will leave you with a better question than the one you started with. By the end, you may find yourself seeing things a little differently. Like you’ve been handed a different pair of eyes.If you’ve ever had the fee

I Am; The Upgrade - Becoming the Next Version of Ourselves
Its been said, that we should be offended that someone else could come into our life, into out position, into our role as is, and make it into the thing we have been trying to make it into. In this episode we run with that idea. What are some of the ways we can view where we are, and compare it to where we are headed? Who do we need to become in order to get it there? Sometimes its as simple as taking a step back. Other times it may require us to step out completely. Thank you for listening. Do something awesome today! I Am; Valued - We Can See It In Others, But How About Ourselves
In this episode I talk about a conversation I was having around self worth, and how the affects of those views were showing up in life, and in my work. As we broke down the words around those beliefs, we uncovered a block around Value. How are we valuable? Not just to those we share this life with, but to ourselves as well. Thanks for listening. Have a wonderful day! I Am; In Rhythm - Looking at the Patterns in Our Life
Every day we operate with some kind of structure. Those structures have a natural Rhythm to them. But is it a rhythm we chose to put there? Are we even aware of it? Does it serve us in our creative process of becoming who we want to be? How do we react when a disruption occurs and throws our rhythm off course? What does that reaction say about us? Enjoy the episode, and I hope you have an awesome day! I Am; My Abundance - How To Use What We Have Now, and How Self Image Plays a Factor
There is a lot of talk about abundance in the world. As the creators of our lives, we are always hoping to expand our reach, our goals and our creation. For some reason though we tend to feel like we come up short. Doing all the practices to call in abundance just doesn't seem to work. Maybe that reason is because we are not using what we already have in our pockets. Or could it be what we say or believe about ourselves is getting in the way. In this conversation, I uncover some of the ways we can use what we have, to help build up where we believe we are lacking. Eventually uncovering an element of truth that has helped me see my own process a little clearer. If you take away anything from this episode, or know anyone who could use a listen, please share the show! I hope you have an awesome day!
