If These Walls Could COOK
by Stephen Found
If These Walls Could Cook is a podcast about remarkable places, the food connected to them, and the wonderfully strange people and stories you find when you start poking around. Hosted by Stephen Found, founder of GATHER, each episode starts at a table with a story and follows the food wherever it leads. Along the way, Stephen talks with farmers, cooks, craftspeople, historians, tradesmen, owners, and local characters to uncover what people grew, cooked, ate, drank, built, preserved, and occasionally got completely wrong. Some stories are historic. Some are unexpected. Some are funny. Most are a little of all three. If These Walls Could Cook is less about dates and dusty facts, and more about discovering how food connects us to place, culture, and one another. Come hungry. Curiosity helps.
