Ikigai Essentials is a platform to inspire and empower others, particularly Asian Americans who may have felt similar pressures to conform or stay silent. Life is too precious to remain silent, so we are hopeful that by taking a step forward we will be able to help reduce the stigma, promote understanding, and encourage open conversations about these important topics.Our outreach to the community will be multifaceted.
