Impact Church Weekend Messages

Impact Church exists to make disciples who live and love like Jesus. Our goal is to engage, equip, and empower each person who walks through our doors to bring the gospel to their personal spheres of influence.

  1. 44

    So Close, Yet So Far

Send us Fan Mail You were created to know God. At the deepest level, we spend our lives trying and failing to make ourselves acceptable to him. The Law reveals the reason for our separation: sinful hearts that keep us standing at a distance from a holy God. The good news: Jesus died to make us righteous and restore our access to God’s presence. We can draw near because of his grace!

  2. 43

    Winning the Fight Against Sin

Send us Fan MailMany Christians don’t experience the new and abundant life God promises us in Christ. We’ve been set free from this sinful world, but we still need to fight battles against the sin within our own hearts. It’s time to engage the fight, not in our own strength, but by looking to Jesus who already won the victory for us.

  3. 42

    God in the Wilderness

Send us Fan MailDespite crossing the Red Sea and experiencing freedom from slavery, the people of God struggle to trust Him. They doubt and grumble throughout their journey in the wilderness. God’s character and power are on full display as He meets their needs and overcomes their enemies.

  4. 41

    No Turning Back

Send us Fan MailThe enemy won’t let us go without a fight. Even as the world and our old life of sin pursue us, we’re called to stand firm, trust God, and move forward in faith as He makes a way where there seems to be none. Following Jesus means there’s no going back to our old life, because we’ve been made new, called out, and set free in him.

  5. 40

    Made for More

Send us Fan MailMany of us are living a life we never really wanted for ourselves. We don’t realize we were made for more than dead relationships, dead dreams and dead ends. Jesus is alive and he’s calling us by name, wanting us to experience the resurrection Life only he can give. Will you answer his call?

  6. 39

    God's Power on Full Display

Send us Fan MailIt’s easy to grow comfortable and casual in our relationship with God. We focus so much on his love and grace that we lose sight of his power and authority over our lives and over all creation. Through the plagues, God showed his complete supremacy over the false gods of Egypt.  He revealed himself not only to Egypt but to His own people, calling them back to a reverent fear and awe of who He truly is

  7. 38

Don't Let Your Heart Be Hardened

Send us Fan MailHave you closed yourself off to God? Sin slowly callouses our hearts, numbing us to truth, conviction, and the goodness of the Gospel until we grow indifferent to the things of God. But repentance breaks up that hardness, restoring a responsive heart that can truly hear and receive His Word.

  8. 37

    The Price of Obedience

Send us Fan MailWe often hope that following God will make life easier. But the Bible shows the opposite. Obedience does not guarantee comfort. The good news is that God meets us right in the middle of it. In Exodus 6, when everything feels like it is falling apart, God reminds His people who He is. Before He changes their situation, He reminds them of His character.

  9. 36

    No More Excuses

Send us Fan MailBillions of people in this world still live as slaves to sin, addiction and the futile pursuit of everything this dying world has to offer. God’s plan to rescue these people is simple: You. He’s calling you to set the excuses aside and to boldly share with others the hope that’s only found in Jesus. Will you care enough to share?

  10. 35

Discovering God's Call on your Life

Send us Fan MailGod’s extraordinary calling on our lives is often revealed in the ordinary seasons of life. We hear from him when we turn aside from our own plans and give him an opportunity to speak. Ultimately, our calling isn’t about us, but about joining the great I AM in His redeeming work of rescuing people from the bondage of sin and the burdens of this world.

  11. 34

    What is God Doing?

Send us Fan MailGod often works through unsettling and confusing circumstances to accomplish his purposes. In the middle of suffering and injustice, God is preparing a deliverer, but not through the means we would expect. While we look for a perfect hero to arise, God instead shapes a life through rescue, privilege, failure, and a season of exile.

  12. 33

Abortion and the Deception of Dehumanization

Send us Fan Mail The ultimate goal of the devil is the death of God’s image-bearers. One of the primary ways he accomplishes this goal is through the deception of dehumanization. We see this deception play out in our country today through the mass infanticide of abortion. As God’s people, we’re called to re-humanize those who have been dehumanized. We’re called to champion life and care for those who are being deceived.

  13. 32

Slave to the World or Child of God?

Send us Fan MailWe make ourselves slaves to many things in life - from relationships and work to our schedule and addictions. The story of God's people and their deliverance from Egypt reminds us God has given us the Way out. We don't need to live as slaves to this world any longer!

  14. 31

    Empowered for Mission

Send us Fan MailJesus followers have been empowered for mission. God has given you personal spheres of influence: your family, church, workplace, school campus, neighborhood, and more. You have access to a unique combination of people that nobody else does, and he’s calling you to make disciples who live and love like him. Are you making disciples everywhere you go?

  15. 30

    Equipped for Ministry

Send us Fan MailTo be like Jesus means being a servant of all. This isn’t easy in a culture of consumerism where we’re always catered to as the customer. While most expect to have everything done for them, we’re called to do things for others and to use what God has given us to build others up. How are you serving those around you?

  16. 29

Be The Church You're Looking For

Send us Fan MailIt’s easy to notice the gap between the kind of community we see in the early church and what church life often looks like today. So how do we actually build the kind of Christian community we’d want to be part of? What does each of us need to bring to the body of Christ to help make that a reality?

  17. 28

    Engaged in Community

Send us Fan MailHow do others know we’re followers of Jesus? Some might say our biblical values, our politics, or even church attendance. But Jesus clearly tells us the world will know we’re his disciples when we love each other the way he loves us. The journey of discipleship isn’t meant to be walked alone. Engage in community today!

  18. 27

    Becoming a Disciple of Jesus

Send us Fan MailImpact's mission is to make disciples who live and love like Jesus. He's calling us to follow him every day, to emulate who he is and imitate what he does. To be a Christ-disciple means to become Christ-like. Are you more like him today than you were yesterday? Are you learning to live and love like Jesus?

  19. 26

    Finding Peace in the Storm

Send us Fan MailStorms in life are unpredictable and inevitable, no matter how much we try to avoid them. When life gets overwhelming, it’s important to remember everything Jesus has already done and remind ourselves of what he’s called us to do. As long as he’s with us, we have nothing to fear. Keep moving forward!

  20. 25

    Some Good News

Send us Fan MailChristmas is so much more than a holiday. It’s a chance to remember the good news of great joy that our Savior has come. No matter what we’ve done or what we’re going through, we have nothing to fear because God is with us. Merry Christmas!

  21. 24

When You're Afraid of Getting Hurt Again

Send us Fan MailHave you ever felt betrayed or been let down? Hurt makes us want to shut people out or retaliate, but God reminds us our bad situation isn’t always what it seems. He’s still at work in the middle of our pain and fear. Even betrayal can carry the hope of redemption when we trust his Plan.

  22. 23

Do Not Be Afraid Of God's Call

Send us Fan MailGod’s calling on our lives can feel overwhelming. Whether it’s sharing our faith, trusting Him in an uncertain situation, or stepping into a new place of service, it’s natural to worry about what might go wrong or to feel unqualified. Mary shows us what humble obedience looks like. She didn’t have all the answers but she trusted God, and her faith made room for His work to unfold.

  23. 22

    Never be Disappointed Again

Send us Fan Mail Fear is everywhere. Anxiety disorders are the most common mental-health struggle in America, and many of us live with worries we can’t simply avoid, from health and finances to politics and personal disappointment. Fear steals our joy, robs us of strength, and often becomes a self-fulfilling trap. This Christmas season, let the story of Jesus remind us that those who fear God don’t need to fear disappointment or anything else.

  24. 21

I Want To Keep My Word

Send us Fan Mail Do our actions match our words? It’s one thing to tell the truth, but when our actions doesn’t line up with what we’ve said, our words lose weight. Over time, that inconsistency erodes the trust we’ve worked hard to build.

  25. 20

    There's No Need to Swear

Send us Fan MailCan people take you at your word? Too often, we’re quick to give our word, but slow to keep it. As followers of Jesus, we’re called to a kind of integrity where our “yes” or “no” carries so much weight that swearing becomes unnecessary, because our character speaks louder than any oath we could take. People should trust what we say simply because of who we are.

  26. 19

    Cover Up

Send us Fan MailWhy do we lie? Ultimately deception is rooted in self interest. We lie to make people think we're something we’re not, and we lie to keep people from knowing who we really are. As a result, we're never really known or trusted and our lives become one big cover-up.

  27. 18

    Snake Oil

Send us Fan MailEverybody lies. From fake news to fake people, lying is so common in our world that it’s hard to know who to trust or what to believe anymore. And it all started with a snake in a garden. As Christians, we’re called to be people of truth, not just with our words but with our actions.

  28. 17

    Words of Wisdom

Send us Fan MailLife is short, and representing Christ matters. So how should we speak? What should we do? How do we share our faith well? In his final words to the Colossians, Paul gives powerful insight into how to be an effective witness for Christ.

  29. 16

    Family First

Send us Fan MailThe gospel changes how we relate with others, starting with our family. Headship means sacrificial service, submission means prioritizing the mission, and parenting means leading with grace. When our minds are set on things above, even our work, family, and hardships become opportunities to show the world who Jesus is.

  30. 15

    Out with the Old

Send us Fan Mail Are you ready for change? The good news of Jesus transforms how we think, live and relate with others. He has stripped away our old lives of sin and selfishness and given us new life marked by holiness, forgiveness and love. Don’t let your new life in Christ be marked by the same old things. Out with the old, in with the new!

  31. 14

    Above the Law

Send us Fan MailJesus is enough. If we’re not careful, we can easily trade grace for judgment, and the gospel for self-made religion. We spend our lives trying to earn what Jesus has already freely given. Let’s leave behind pride, shame, and performance and come back to the good news that in Christ we're forgiven, free and fully accepted by God

  32. 13

    Lasting Change

Send us Fan MailThe gospel is the best news we could ever receive. In Jesus, we have been given new life, true joy, and a reason to be thankful. His grace changes everything. The question is, are we actively experiencing it?

  33. 12

    Pain and Gain

Send us Fan MailPaul embraced pain and suffering so that others could gain by knowing and growing in Christ. Why don’t we do the same? Maybe it's because we’re unwilling to even be inconvenienced or uncomfortable, let alone suffer like he did. But every friend of Jesus is an enemy of this world—and following him will always come at a cost.

  34. 11

    It's All About Jesus

Send us Fan MailNo matter how complex and complicated life might get, it all comes back to Jesus—knowing him, loving him, becoming likehim. He is the Creator and Sustainer of all things, the One who holds the universe—and our lives—together. He shows us who God is and restores his image in us. Don't get distracted by lesser things. It’s all about Jesus. Do you know him?

  35. 10

    A Conversation of Hope

Send us Fan MailWhen the world seems to be falling apart, we must fall back on the hope we have in the good news of Jesus Christ. God is still working in the midst of evil and suffering, redeeming and restoring people to him.

  36. 9

    What Matters Most

Send us Fan MailNothing matters more than the gospel. God went above and beyond, sending Jesus to redeem us—so we can live above and beyond the worries of this world. The gospel changes everything, yet we don’t always live like it’s true. Will you boldly share the good news with others?

  37. 8

Free to Follow / Spare Change

Send us Fan MailFor many of us, generosity is not about fighting greed but about facing fear. We want to give and support others, yet the thought still comes, if I give, what will happen to me? Jesus reminds us in Matthew 6 that our Father knows what we need and will provide. Generosity is not a loss; it’s a way to lean on God’s care and faithfulness.

  38. 7

Free To Follow / What's He Worth to You?

Send us Fan MailGiving is an act of worship—declaring the worth of Jesus in our lives. If the worth of something is determined by its cost, then there’s no true worship without sacrifice. What does how we live and give tell us about how much we value Jesus? If he’s not worth more than our finances, we’ll never be free to follow him.

  39. 6

Free to Follow / Don't Walk Away

Send us Fan MailThe number one cause of stress in the average American’s life is finances. The most common source of conflict for couples both before and after marriage is finances. Money worries are not only harming our mental health and relationships—they’re pulling us away from Jesus. In the midst of financial hardship and stress, Jesus is calling us to freedom. Are you willing to follow or will you walk away?

  40. 5

    Lost and Found

Send us Fan MailNothing is lost that can’t be found by Jesus. No matter what we’ve done or how far we’ve wandered, we are never beyond the redeeming reach of God’s grace. If you’re stuck in the mess and emptiness of your sin—what are you waiting for? Come to your senses and go Home. You’re heavenly Father is waiting.Luke 15

  41. 4

You Won't Get Away With It

Send us Fan MailWhen our sin doesn’t bring immediate consequences it’s easy to think we’re getting away with it. We get lulled into a false sense of security, believing we’re the exception to God’s rules. But the consequences of sin will always catch up to us. God’s grace isn’t given as a license to sin—it’s meant to draw us to repentance.

  42. 3

    Self Sabotage

Send us Fan MailNobody sets out to ruin their life or hurt the people they care about. It usually starts with small compromises, choices we justify or ignore because they seem minor. Samson's life proves that our own character can be our greatest threat.
