Understanding God’s Love & Living Changed | Table Talks with Racheal & Mike O’Neill
In this episode of Table Talks, we sit down with Racheal and Mike O’Neill to have an honest, meaningful conversation about God’s love—what it is, why He gives it, and how it should change us. Rooted in 1 John 4:9–11, Romans 5:8, John 13:34–35, and 2 Corinthians 5:14, we explore the truth that God’s love is not something we earn—it flows from who He is. And more than that, it’s a love that moves toward us, rescues us, and invites us into transformation. In this conversation, we unpack: • Why God loves us even when we don’t deserve it • How the cross proves His love in action • What His love has done in our lives personally • What it looks like to actually live changed by His love • How to love others with grace, truth, and humility This isn’t just a conversation about receiving God’s love—it’s about allowing that love to reshape how we live, how we think, and how we treat the people around us. From laughter on the couch to deep moments of reflection, this episode feels like two friends talking about life, motherhood, and the ways God is working behind the scenes—even when we don’t understand the path. Kelly shares her journey of walking through her father’s battle with MS, cancer, and ongoing health challenges, while continuing to lead, serve, and live out her faith in everyday life. Her story is a powerful example of what it means to be blessed to be a blessing—allowing God to use both trials and blessings to impact others. Submission Leads to Abundance | Redemption, Restoration, and the Path of Confess, Choose, Change
In this episode, we explore a powerful truth: redemption and restoration are found through full submission to God. Walking through Matthew 16:24–27 and James 4:4–10, we talk about what it really means to deny your sinful nature, take up our cross, and follow Jesus. Submission can feel heavy at first — letting go of old ways, resisting the pull of the world, and giving our lives fully to God. But here’s the truth: The weight of surrender leads to fullness and abundance in Christ. I also share my personal journey through what I call the three C’s: Confess, Choose, and Change. • Confess – I made the decision to believe that God is real and that I needed Him not just for eternity, but for my life right now. • Choose – I had to actively turn from my old life in my 20’s and decide to be all in with Jesus. • Change – Now I live in an ongoing relationship with God, where I continue to submit the areas He reveals, and He faithfully transforms me day by day. So many believers stop after confession. They give their lives to Christ, but don’t fully walk away from what’s comfortable. They hesitate to lay everything at Jesus’ feet, often out of fear—fear of losing freedom, identity, or the things they love. But what we discover in surrender is this: ✨ Nothing good is lost in Christ. ✨ It is made more whole, more joyful, and more aligned with who we were created to be. In this episode, we unpack: • What true submission to God looks like • Why resisting the world leads to real freedom • How surrender opens the door to restoration and redemption • Why following Jesus fully leads to a life of peace, purpose, and abundance This is an invitation to move beyond surface-level faith and step into a fully surrendered, fully transformed life in Christ. There is more waiting for you on the other side of surrender. 🎧 Subscribe to the In Jesus’ Name Podcast so you don’t miss future episodes and continue growing in your walk with Him.

Restoration in Christ | Finding Healing, Peace, and New Life (Table Talks Part 2)
In Part 2 of our Table Talks series on Redemption and Restoration, we turn our focus to what it truly means to be restored. This episode is deeply personal as we share our own stories and experiences of walking the path of restoration — the process of allowing God to heal, renew, and transform every part of our lives. Restoration begins with submission to God. It requires a willingness to invite the Holy Spirit into our lives — to reveal what needs healing, to guide us in truth, and to empower us to walk in freedom. In this conversation, we talk about: • How the Holy Spirit helps us recognize areas that need restoration • Why surrender is essential to healing • What it looks like to walk through restoration in real life • How God’s restoration is more than going back — it’s stepping into something new Because restoration in Christ is not about becoming the “best version” of your old self. It’s about stepping into the abundant life God has for you — filled with His peace, His presence, and a deeper understanding of His love. If you’ve been longing for healing, freedom, or renewal, this episode will encourage you to trust God with the process and allow Him to restore you fully. Pull up a chair and join the conversation. Getting to Know the Holy Spirit | Living Spirit-Led | How to Know the Holy Spirit and Stand Firm in Faith (Part 3)
In Part 3 of our series with Tracy Harper, we step into one of the most important parts of our faith journey: getting to know the Holy Spirit. If we want to stand firm and grow spiritually strong, it begins with submission to the Holy Spirit—not just knowing about Him, but truly knowing Him. So who is the Holy Spirit? He is not distant or abstract—He is God with us, active, present, and personal. And this part of the journey is all about relationship. In this episode, we talk about: • Who the Holy Spirit is • Why He matters in our everyday lives • How to begin building a real relationship with Him • What it looks like to be led by the Spirit instead of by feelings or the world This conversation is an invitation to move from information to transformation—to grow in awareness of God’s presence and learn how to walk with Him daily. If you’ve ever wondered how to hear from God, feel closer to Him, or live a faith that is steady and strong, this episode will encourage you to take that next step. ✨ You were never meant to walk your faith alone. Identifying Counterfeit Guides | Hearing Truth Over Feelings (From Him, Not Them Series – Part 2)
In this second episode of our special series with Tracy Harper, we dive into Part Two of her book, From Him, Not Them: Identifying Counterfeit Guides. Tracy shares powerful insight on how easily our hearts and minds can be influenced by voices that aren’t rooted in truth. When our feelings become the engine of our decisions, they can pull us away from the identity and direction God intends for us. In this conversation, we talk about how to slow down, examine the voices guiding us, and learn to recognize what truth we are actually listening to. One of Tracy’s most memorable lines from the interview was this: “Only something of value has a counterfeit. There’s no counterfeit paper bag, but there is a counterfeit designer bag.” The same is true for our identity and our faith. Because our worth and purpose are so valuable, there will always be counterfeit messages competing for our attention. Tracy helps us learn how to spot those counterfeits and anchor ourselves in what God says is true. If you’re a mom, mentor, or woman wanting to grow deeper in understanding where your identity comes from—and how to help the next generation do the same—this episode will be both practical and encouraging. Why We Need to Feel Seen | Finding Identity in Christ (From Him, Not Them Series)
In the first episode of our special series with Tracy Harper, we begin unpacking Part One of her book From Him, Not Them with a powerful theme: knowing that you are seen. Many young women—and honestly, many of us at any age—carry a deep desire to be noticed, valued, and understood. Tracy shares an important truth: wanting to be seen doesn’t make you narcissistic—it makes you human. God designed us with a longing to be known and recognized. In this conversation, Tracy walks through the biology and emotional wiring behind our desire to be seen, explaining why that need exists and how it can either lead us toward healthy connection or toward unhealthy places if we seek it from the wrong sources. Most importantly, we talk about how to redirect that desire toward the right outlets—toward God, healthy relationships, and a grounded identity that comes from Him, not from them. This episode is especially meaningful for young women, moms of teenage daughters, mentors, and women who wish they had heard these truths earlier in life. If you’ve ever wondered why being seen matters so much—or how to help a young woman you love build her identity in Christ—this conversation will encourage, equip, and open the door to deeper understanding. 🎧 Tune in to the first episode of this series and discover why From Him, Not Them is becoming such a powerful resource for women and young women alike. Genuine Faith: Submitting to God and Walking Humbly (James 4)
Have you ever heard a sermon and felt like God was speaking directly to you? In this episode, I share why Micah Stevens’ sermon “Genuine Faith: Our Road Map” from Island Alliance Church spoke so clearly into my current season. Rooted in James 4, this message is a timely reminder of what it looks like to live out genuine faith — submitting fully to God, walking humbly, and letting go of a judgmental spirit toward others. Following The Journey series, this episode feels like a natural next step — a call to examine our hearts, surrender pride, and align our lives with God’s will rather than our own opinions or comparisons. This conversation challenges us to ask: • Am I truly submitted to God? • Am I walking in humility or in judgment? • Does my faith show up in the way I treat others? If you’ve been seeking direction, conviction, or clarity in your walk with Jesus, this episode will encourage you to pause, listen, and allow God to realign your heart through His Word.

Waiting on the Lord | Learning Patience, Trust, and Strength (Psalms 27 & 37)
In this episode, we talk about what it truly means to wait on the Lord — not passively, but faithfully. Drawing from Psalm 27 and Psalm 37, we explore how waiting is a spiritual discipline that strengthens us in both seasons of struggle and seasons of joy. Waiting builds spiritual muscle. It teaches us patience when answers are delayed, contentment when circumstances don’t change, and trust when God’s promises feel far off. Waiting isn’t wasted time — it’s where God develops endurance, faith, and deep reliance on Him. Whether you’re in a valley or on the mountaintop, this episode will encourage you to wait with hope, stand firm in God’s truth, and trust that He is working even when you can’t see it. If you’ve been wrestling with impatience, uncertainty, or discouragement, this conversation will remind you that God is faithful — and His timing is perfect.

From Hopeless to Hopeful | Renewing Your Mind and Growing in Faith (Romans 8)
In this deeply personal episode, I share my story of going from hopeless to hopeful and the powerful way God transforms our lives by first renewing our minds. Using Romans 8:5–9, we explore how God governs our thoughts and invites us into a life led by the Spirit rather than controlled by the patterns of this world. Transformation often begins beneath the surface. First, God cultivates the soil of our mind, creating space for us to go deeper with Him. Then, seeds are planted — both truth and lies — and we must learn to weed out deception by taking every thought captive and aligning it with God’s Word. Finally, growth begins… but never in isolation. We were created to grow in community, supporting one another as God strengthens our faith. If you’ve been battling discouragement, negative thinking, or spiritual dryness, this episode will remind you that hope is possible — and it starts with a renewed mind. ✨ God is still cultivating. ✨ Truth is still taking root. ✨ Growth is still coming. Listen now and be encouraged: no matter how hopeless things may feel, God is able to transform your mind, your heart, and your future.

The Journey: When the Journey Gets Hard | Perseverance, Faith, and James 1
This episode is a little more real and a little more vulnerable. Today, I’m walking through this lesson firsthand — when the journey gets tough and perseverance feels heavy. Drawing from James 1, we talk about what it means to endure when faith is tested and life doesn’t feel easy. Perseverance isn’t something we learn in comfort — it’s formed in the struggle. And in these moments, two things have helped carry me through: heavenly habits and heavenly people. The daily choices that keep my heart anchored in God, and the people He places around me to encourage, pray, and remind me of truth. If you’re in a hard season right now, this episode is a reminder that you’re not failing — you’re being formed. And God is using even this part of the journey to strengthen your faith. You don’t have to walk through it alone.

The Journey: Pack Your Bag | Walking free of shame and discovering the person of Jesus
In this episode of The Journey, we turn to Ephesians 4 and 5 and talk about why so many of us feel stuck in our walk with Jesus — even though we deeply desire more of Him. So often, we’re moving forward on the journey while carrying a backpack full of bricks, and then wondering why the road feels so heavy and slow. Those bricks are Baggage, Bondage, and Beliefs. • Baggage from our past that we haven’t released • Bondage we’re still living under instead of surrendering • Beliefs about Jesus that aren’t rooted in truth When we keep carrying our old life with us, we aren’t free to fully encounter the living Christ. Ephesians 4 and 5 call us to put off the old self, be renewed in our minds, and walk as children of light. This episode is an invitation to stop carrying what Jesus never asked you to hold, lay down the bricks that weigh you down, and walk forward in freedom — light, unburdened, and alive in Him. If you’ve been longing for deeper intimacy with Jesus but feel weighed down, this episode will help you identify what needs to be released so you can move freely on the journey.

Look different and learn how to find God | The Journey: The Hiker
Episode Description — The Journey: The Hiker In this episode of The Journey, we look at Jesus’ words in Matthew 7 about the narrow gate and the wide gate — and the choice every one of us has to make. The narrow gate isn’t easy, familiar, or comfortable, but it leads to life. And choosing it means we have to leave some things behind and be willing to look different as we follow Christ. We talk about the different ways we come to Jesus on the journey. Some of us feel like hikers who have been walking in exile, tired and worn from the road. Others come like children, eager and expectant. Most of us find ourselves somewhere in between — learning to trust God again while still carrying the weight of what we’ve known. This episode is a reminder that God is not playing a spiritual game of hide-and-seek. He wants you to find Him, and He is actively looking for you. The narrow path may feel lonely at times, but you are never walking it alone. If you’ve felt weary, uncertain, or hesitant to let go of old things, this episode invites you to choose the narrow gate, trust the journey, and keep walking toward the One who is already walking toward you.

A Living Sacrifice | Renewed Minds, Disciplined Lives
In this episode, we talk about what it truly means to be a living sacrifice — not just in words, but in the way we think, choose, and live every day. Drawing from Romans 12:1–2 and 1 Corinthians 9–10, we see how sacrifice begins in the mind and discipline shapes the body, and how the two must work together to honor God. A renewed mind sets our direction, but disciplined habits determine how we walk it out. Our choices matter. Our habits matter. And they directly affect our spiritual life and intimacy with God. Living as a sacrifice means we don’t conform to the patterns of this world — we allow God to transform us from the inside out. Through discipline, self-control, and intentional living, we bring honor and glory to God with our lives. This episode invites you to reflect deeply: 👉 Are you consulting God when decisions arise, or are you truly confiding in Him? Let this conversation challenge and encourage you to live in a way that pleases God — with a surrendered mind, a disciplined life, and a heart fully devoted to Him.

From the Valley to the Mountain: God’s Transformation in Our Hardest Seasons
This episode walks us through the spiritual journey God often leads us on: from the place of remembrance, into the valley, and eventually to the mountaintop. The valley is not a punishment — it is where God plants seeds. He grows faith there, even when we can’t see it. But just like a garden, the weeds must be pulled so the flowers can grow. We have to remove the lies, fear, and old patterns that choke out what God is trying to do. On the mountain, we see with clarity. We look back and realize the valley was a place of growth, not abandonment. God promised that He would always be with us, but He never promised that we would always feel His presence. If you're walking through a dark season, this episode is a reminder: you are not alone, you are being transformed, and the mountain is ahead.

Transformation Series | What it means to really walk with God | Couch Stories: Stephen
In this episode of Couch Stories, we talk about what it really means to have a faith that is focused more on God than on ourselves. We want all of God… but many times we haven’t truly turned from our old life and given Him all of ourselves. Today’s Couch Story is the story of Stephen, the first martyr for Christ. In Acts 7, Stephen shows us what it looks like to live with kingdom eyes — even in persecution. His faith wasn’t rooted in comfort, success, or what God could do for him. His faith was rooted in who God IS. And we look at James 1, where we see that faith isn’t transformed until it’s practiced. You can’t cling to your old life AND walk in the fullness of Christ. Transformation comes when we surrender, deny self, and live for Jesus above everything else. This episode is an invitation to step into a faith that’s not self-centered — but Kingdom-centered. A faith that gives all of us… to all of Him.

Thankfulness in the Valley | Mini Episode
In this episode, we dive into Philippians 4 and the practice of thankfulness — not just when life is good, but especially when we’re walking through the valley. Scripture tells us to rejoice, to pray, and to give thanks in every situation. That’s not because the circumstance is easy… but because God is faithful. Thankfulness isn’t a feeling — it’s a spiritual discipline that shifts our focus from the problem to the Presence of God. It pulls our eyes off what’s overwhelming us and places them back on the One who holds us steady. Today we talk about what it means to practice gratitude in real life, in real time, right in the middle of the struggle… and how gratitude becomes a weapon against anxiety, fear, and discouragement. Let’s learn how to choose thankfulness — even in the valley — because God is still good, God is still near, and God is still worthy of praise.

In this episode of our Transformation Series, we dive into the words of Jesus from the Sermon on the Mount — “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you.” Are we truly pursuing Jesus the way He calls us to? 💭 We’ll explore what it means to live with a heart that continually asks, seeks, and knocks — not out of striving, but out of desire to know Him more deeply. Featuring the stories of Abraham and Peter, we’ll look at how their pursuit of God — through faith, obedience, and surrender — still speaks to us today. This is an invitation to press in, to pursue, and to practice the way of Jesus in the everyday moments of life. 🌿 🎧 Listen now on YouTube or wherever you get your podcasts. #InJesusNamePodcast #PracticingTheWay #AskSeekKnock #FaithJourney #SermonOnTheMount #ChristianPodcast #WalkWithJesus #Transformation #JesusChangesEverything

The Battlefield of Your Mind | Breaking Strongholds and Knowing God Deeper
This episode is personal. Today, I’m sharing about the battlefield in our minds — the place where the enemy loves to plant doubt, fear, and lies that keep us from truly knowing God. We are looking at 2 Corinthians 10:3-5 in the NLT. Dive into God's word and allow Him to transform your mind. Every stronghold we allow the enemy to build is one more wall between us and deeper intimacy with our Creator. But through Jesus, we have the power to tear those walls down. 🕊️ * "We use divine weapons to defeat strongholds, that keep us from knowing God, and we demonstrate obedience and authority of our minds in Christ." Join me as we talk about identifying those strongholds, replacing lies with truth, and learning to take every thought captive in obedience to Christ. #InJesusNamePodcast #FaithJourney #BattlefieldOfYourMind #ChristianPodcast #SpiritualWarfare #RenewYourMind #FreedomInChrist #JesusChangesEverything

Faith isn't a feeling-Hall of Faith-Believe in truth not feelings
Hebrews 11, often called the Hall of Faith, reminds us that the heroes of Scripture didn’t live by what they could see — they lived by what they believed. Their eyes were fixed on heaven, not the world around them. Faith isn’t a feeling that comes and goes; it’s a foundation of truth that we stand on. It’s what carries us when emotions waver and circumstances shift. In this episode, we talk about what it means to walk by faith and live for something greater — trusting the God who always keeps His promises.

✨ In Jesus’ Name Podcast | Episode: “The Rudder of the Heart — Small Choices, Big Direction” ✨
Our final episode in the series on hope. Are little choices putting holes in your ship? Are you making the right choices that steer your boat in the right direction? Or are you lost at sea because you've put your hope in something other than Christ? My hope is in the transformation process that occurs when I walk with Jesus daily. My mind is transformed, my decisions are aligned with God's will, I am more obedient to His commands and I look more like Jesus. In this episode, we’re talking about how God directs our lives like a rudder steers a ship. Ephesians 4:19–22 reminds us to “put off the old self” and be renewed in our minds. God showed me how even the smallest, most ordinary choices can completely change the direction of our lives. Each decision is like a tiny turn of the rudder — and when we surrender those turns to Him, He leads us toward freedom, purpose, and transformation. 🎧 Listen now and be encouraged to let the Holy Spirit guide your daily choices and renew your heart. 👉 Subscribe for weekly encouragement and honest conversations about real faith, real life, and a very real Jesus.

Transformed by His Presence, Not My Performance
This morning, God gently showed me something I didn’t even realize—I’d been living with a performance-based faith. I was striving to do everything “right,” but missing the simple truth that I just need more of Him. In this episode, I share how God met me in that moment and began transforming my mind and heart. It’s not about doing more for Him, it’s about being with Him. When we shift from performing to abiding, that’s where real transformation begins.

How to have hope in a hopeless situation: Hope isn't a feeling
Hope is more than a passing feeling—it’s a confident belief rooted in truth. In this episode, we’ll talk about what it means to have a right view of God and ourselves in Christ, so that our hope is anchored in His promises rather than shifting emotions. Our faith is like a boat: strong enough to withstand the storms when it’s built on truth, but fragile when riddled with holes of lies and unbelief. If our hope is grounded in anything less than Christ, we’ll be tossed and battered by the waves. Join us as we explore how to strengthen the hull of our faith, seal up the cracks of doubt, and sail with confidence, knowing our hope in Jesus is sure and steadfast.
