ကရင်အမျိုးသားအစည်းအရုံး (KNU) ၏ ဝါရင့်ခေါင်းဆောင်တစ်ဦးဖြစ်ပြီး ကရင်တော်လှန်ရေးတွင် နှစ်ပေါင်း ၄၀ နီးပါး ပါဝင်ဖြတ်သန်းခဲ့သူ ပဒိုစောသောသီဘွဲနှင့် တွေ့ဆုံမေးမြန်းထားပါသည်။ပဒိုစောသောသီဘွဲသည် ၁၉၈၈ ခုနှစ်၊ အသက် ၂၈ နှစ်အရွယ်တွင် သထုံခရိုင် (ဒူးသထူ)၊  တွဲဖက်အတွင်းရေးမှူးရုံး၌ စတင်တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ရင်း ကရင်တော်လှန်ရေးထဲသို့ ဝင်ရောက်ခဲ့သည်။ သူ၏ ကြိုးပမ်းအားထုတ်မှု၊ ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုအရည်အသွေးနှင့် အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးစွမ်းရည်တို့ကြောင့် စောစီးစွာပင် အသိအမှတ်ပြုခံရကာ မာနယ်ပလောရှိ KNU ဗဟိုဌာနချုပ်၊ အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူးရုံးသို့ ပြောင်းရွှေ့တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့ရပြီး ၁၉၉၁ ခုနှစ်အထိ အငယ်တန်းစာရေးအဖြစ် တာဝန်ယူခဲ့သည်။အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူးရုံးအဖွဲ့မှူး ပြောင်းရွှေ့သွားပြီးနောက် ပဒိုစောသောသီဘွဲသည် အဆင့်မြင့်အရာရှိအဖြစ် တိုးမြှင့်ခန့်အပ်ခြင်းခံရပြီး KNU ဗဟိုအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးတွင် ပိုမိုကြီးမားသော တာဝန်များကို ယူခဲ့ရသည်။ ကရင်တော်လှန်ရေးသမိုင်းတွင် အရေးပါသော အချိုးအကွေ့တစ်ခုဖြစ်သည့် ၁၉၉၅ ခုနှစ် မာနယ်ပလောကျဆုံးချိန်အထိ သူသည် ယင်းတာဝန်ကို ဆက်လက်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့သည်။မာနယ်ပလောကျဆုံးပြီးနောက် KNU ဌာနချုပ်ကို ဒူးပလာယာခရိုင်၊ စခန်းသစ်သို့ ပြောင်းရွှေ့ခဲ့သည်။ ပဒိုစောသောသီဘွဲသည် ယင်းနေရာတွင် နောက်ထပ် ၁၅ နှစ်တိုင်တိုင် အဖွဲ့အစည်းအတွက် ဆက်လက်တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့သည်။ ၂၀၁၀ ပြည့်နှစ်တွင် KNU ဗဟိုဌာနချုပ် အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူးရုံးသို့ ပြန်လည်ရောက်ရှိခဲ့ပြီး ကရင်တော်လှန်ရေး၏ လေးစားဖွယ် ခေါင်းဆောင်များထဲမှတစ်ဦးဖြစ်သူ ကွယ်လွန်သူ ပဒိုမန်းရှာလားဖန်း၏ ဦးဆောင်မှုအောက်တွင် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့သည်။ပဒိုစောသောသီဘွဲသည် သူ၏တော်လှန်ရေးသက်တမ်းတစ်လျှောက် KNU တွင် အရေးပါသော ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုရာထူးအသီးသီးကို ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့သည်။ (၁၃) ကြိမ်မြောက် KNU ကွန်ဂရက်တွင် အမြဲတမ်းကော်မတီဝင်အဖြစ် ရွေးချယ်ခံရပြီး၊ (၁၄) ကြိမ်မြောက် ကွန်ဂရက်တွင် ဗဟိုအလုပ်အမှုဆောင်ကော်မတီဝင် ဖြစ်လာခဲ့သည်။ (၁၅) ကြိမ်မြောက် ကွန်ဂရက်တွင် အဖွဲ့အစည်း၏ အဓိကခေါင်းဆောင်မှုရာထူးဖြစ်သော တွဲဖက်အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူး (၁) အဖြစ် ရွေးချယ်ခံခဲ့ရသည်။ (၁၆) ကြိမ်မြောက် ကွန်ဂရက်တွင် ရွေးချယ်မခံရသော်လည်း ဘဏ္ဍာအခွန်ဌာနမှတစ်ဆင့် KNU တွင် ဆက်လက်တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့သည်။ လက်ရှိ (၁၇) ကြိမ်မြောက် KNU ကွန်ဂရက်တွင်မူ ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုတာဝန်များကို ပြန်လည်လွှဲအပ်ခြင်းခံရပြီး တွဲဖက်အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူး (၁) အဖြစ် တကျော့ပြန် ရွေးချယ်ခံခဲ့ရသည်။ယခုပေါ့ဒ်ကတ်စ်တွင် ပဒိုစောသောသီဘွဲသည် KNU တွင် ဆယ်စုနှစ်ပေါင်းများစွာ တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့သည့် သူ၏ ကိုယ်တွေ့အတွေ့အကြုံများနှင့် ကရင်တော်လှန်ရေးခရီးစဉ်ကို ပြန်လည်မျှဝေထားသည်။ ထို့အပြင် ကွယ်လွန်သူ ပဒိုမန်းရှာနှင့်အတူ လုပ်ကိုင်ခဲ့သည့် နှစ်များအကြောင်း၊ ကြားရခဲသော အတွေ့အကြုံများ၊ ကရင်အမျိုးသားလှုပ်ရှားမှု၏ စိန်ခေါ်မှုများနှင့် အောင်မြင်မှုများ၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ လက်ရှိနိုင်ငံရေးအခြေအနေနှင့် အနာဂတ်အပေါ် သူ၏ အမြင်များကိုပါ တန်ဖိုးရှိစွာ သုံးသပ်မျှဝေထားသည်။ကရင်တော်လှန်ရေး၏ အတွေ့အကြုံအရင့်ဆုံးနှင့် ပေးဆပ်မှုအပြည့်အဝရှိသော ခေါင်းဆောင်များထဲမှ တစ်ဦးဖြစ်သူ၏ စိတ်ဝင်စားဖွယ် အသိအမြင်ပညာ ဆွေးနွေးချက်များကို နားဆင်နိုင်ပါပြီ။ ယခုတွေ့ဆုံမေးမြန်းမှုကို အပိုင်း ၄ ပိုင်း ခွဲခြားထားပြီး နားဆင်ချိန် ၁ နာရီခန့် ရှိပါသည်။IEGM

ကရင်အမျိုးသားအစည်းအရုံး (KNU) ၏ ဝါရင့်ခေါင်းဆောင်တစ်ဦးဖြစ်ပြီး ကရင်တော်လှန်ရေးတွင် နှစ်ပေါင်း ၄၀ နီးပါး ပါဝင်ဖြတ်သန်းခဲ့သူ ပဒိုစောသောသီဘွဲနှင့် တွေ့ဆုံမေးမြန်းထားပါသည်။ပဒိုစောသောသီဘွဲသည် ၁၉၈၈ ခုနှစ်၊ အသက် ၂၈ နှစ်အရွယ်တွင် သထုံခရိုင် (ဒူးသထူ)၊  တွဲဖက်အတွင်းရေးမှူးရုံး၌ စတင်တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ရင်း ကရင်တော်လှန်ရေးထဲသို့ ဝင်ရောက်ခဲ့သည်။ သူ၏ ကြိုးပမ်းအားထုတ်မှု၊ ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုအရည်အသွေးနှင့် အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးစွမ်းရည်တို့ကြောင့် စောစီးစွာပင် အသိအမှတ်ပြုခံရကာ မာနယ်ပလောရှိ KNU ဗဟိုဌာနချုပ်၊ အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူးရုံးသို့ ပြောင်းရွှေ့တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့ရပြီး ၁၉၉၁ ခုနှစ်အထိ အငယ်တန်းစာရေးအဖြစ် တာဝန်ယူခဲ့သည်။အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူးရုံးအဖွဲ့မှူး ပြောင်းရွှေ့သွားပြီးနောက် ပဒိုစောသောသီဘွဲသည် အဆင့်မြင့်အရာရှိအဖြစ် တိုးမြှင့်ခန့်အပ်ခြင်းခံရပြီး KNU ဗဟိုအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးတွင် ပိုမိုကြီးမားသော တာဝန်များကို ယူခဲ့ရသည်။ ကရင်တော်လှန်ရေးသမိုင်းတွင် အရေးပါသော အချိုးအကွေ့တစ်ခုဖြစ်သည့် ၁၉၉၅ ခုနှစ် မာနယ်ပလောကျဆုံးချိန်အထိ သူသည် ယင်းတာဝန်ကို ဆက်လက်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့သည်။မာနယ်ပလောကျဆုံးပြီးနောက် KNU ဌာနချုပ်ကို ဒူးပလာယာခရိုင်၊ စခန်းသစ်သို့ ပြောင်းရွှေ့ခဲ့သည်။ ပဒိုစောသောသီဘွဲသည် ယင်းနေရာတွင် နောက်ထပ် ၁၅ နှစ်တိုင်တိုင် အဖွဲ့အစည်းအတွက် ဆက်လက်တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့သည်။ ၂၀၁၀ ပြည့်နှစ်တွင် KNU ဗဟိုဌာနချုပ် အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူးရုံးသို့ ပြန်လည်ရောက်ရှိခဲ့ပြီး ကရင်တော်လှန်ရေး၏ လေးစားဖွယ် ခေါင်းဆောင်များထဲမှတစ်ဦးဖြစ်သူ ကွယ်လွန်သူ ပဒိုမန်းရှာလားဖန်း၏ ဦးဆောင်မှုအောက်တွင် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့သည်။ပဒိုစောသောသီဘွဲသည် သူ၏တော်လှန်ရေးသက်တမ်းတစ်လျှောက် KNU တွင် အရေးပါသော ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုရာထူးအသီးသီးကို ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့သည်။ (၁၃) ကြိမ်မြောက် KNU ကွန်ဂရက်တွင် အမြဲတမ်းကော်မတီဝင်အဖြစ် ရွေးချယ်ခံရပြီး၊ (၁၄) ကြိမ်မြောက် ကွန်ဂရက်တွင် ဗဟိုအလုပ်အမှုဆောင်ကော်မတီဝင် ဖြစ်လာခဲ့သည်။ (၁၅) ကြိမ်မြောက် ကွန်ဂရက်တွင် အဖွဲ့အစည်း၏ အဓိကခေါင်းဆောင်မှုရာထူးဖြစ်သော တွဲဖက်အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူး (၁) အဖြစ် ရွေးချယ်ခံခဲ့ရသည်။ (၁၆) ကြိမ်မြောက် ကွန်ဂရက်တွင် ရွေးချယ်မခံရသော်လည်း ဘဏ္ဍာအခွန်ဌာနမှတစ်ဆင့် KNU တွင် ဆက်လက်တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့သည်။ လက်ရှိ (၁၇) ကြိမ်မြောက် KNU ကွန်ဂရက်တွင်မူ ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုတာဝန်များကို ပြန်လည်လွှဲအပ်ခြင်းခံရပြီး တွဲဖက်အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူး (၁) အဖြစ် တကျော့ပြန် ရွေးချယ်ခံခဲ့ရသည်။ယခုပေါ့ဒ်ကတ်စ်တွင် ပဒိုစောသောသီဘွဲသည် KNU တွင် ဆယ်စုနှစ်ပေါင်းများစွာ တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့သည့် သူ၏ ကိုယ်တွေ့အတွေ့အကြုံများနှင့် ကရင်တော်လှန်ရေးခရီးစဉ်ကို ပြန်လည်မျှဝေထားသည်။ ထို့အပြင် ကွယ်လွန်သူ ပဒိုမန်းရှာနှင့်အတူ လုပ်ကိုင်ခဲ့သည့် နှစ်များအကြောင်း၊ ကြားရခဲသော အတွေ့အကြုံများ၊ ကရင်အမျိုးသားလှုပ်ရှားမှု၏ စိန်ခေါ်မှုများနှင့် အောင်မြင်မှုများ၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ လက်ရှိနိုင်ငံရေးအခြေအနေနှင့် အနာဂတ်အပေါ် သူ၏ အမြင်များကိုပါ တန်ဖိုးရှိစွာ သုံးသပ်မျှဝေထားသည်။ကရင်တော်လှန်ရေး၏ အတွေ့အကြုံအရင့်ဆုံးနှင့် ပေးဆပ်မှုအပြည့်အဝရှိသော ခေါင်းဆောင်များထဲမှ တစ်ဦးဖြစ်သူ၏ စိတ်ဝင်စားဖွယ် အသိအမြင်ပညာ ဆွေးနွေးချက်များကို နားဆင်နိုင်ပါပြီ။ ယခုတွေ့ဆုံမေးမြန်းမှုကို အပိုင်း ၄ ပိုင်း ခွဲခြားထားပြီး နားဆင်ချိန် ၁ နာရီခန့် ရှိပါသည်။IEGM

ကရင်အမျိုးသားအစည်းအရုံး (KNU) ၏ ဝါရင့်ခေါင်းဆောင်တစ်ဦးဖြစ်ပြီး ကရင်တော်လှန်ရေးတွင် နှစ်ပေါင်း ၄၀ နီးပါး ပါဝင်ဖြတ်သန်းခဲ့သူ ပဒိုစောသောသီဘွဲနှင့် တွေ့ဆုံမေးမြန်းထားပါသည်။ပဒိုစောသောသီဘွဲသည် ၁၉၈၈ ခုနှစ်၊ အသက် ၂၈ နှစ်အရွယ်တွင် သထုံခရိုင် (ဒူးသထူ)၊  တွဲဖက်အတွင်းရေးမှူးရုံး၌ စတင်တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ရင်း ကရင်တော်လှန်ရေးထဲသို့ ဝင်ရောက်ခဲ့သည်။ သူ၏ ကြိုးပမ်းအားထုတ်မှု၊ ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုအရည်အသွေးနှင့် အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးစွမ်းရည်တို့ကြောင့် စောစီးစွာပင် အသိအမှတ်ပြုခံရကာ မာနယ်ပလောရှိ KNU ဗဟိုဌာနချုပ်၊ အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူးရုံးသို့ ပြောင်းရွှေ့တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့ရပြီး ၁၉၉၁ ခုနှစ်အထိ အငယ်တန်းစာရေးအဖြစ် တာဝန်ယူခဲ့သည်။အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူးရုံးအဖွဲ့မှူး ပြောင်းရွှေ့သွားပြီးနောက် ပဒိုစောသောသီဘွဲသည် အဆင့်မြင့်အရာရှိအဖြစ် တိုးမြှင့်ခန့်အပ်ခြင်းခံရပြီး KNU ဗဟိုအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးတွင် ပိုမိုကြီးမားသော တာဝန်များကို ယူခဲ့ရသည်။ ကရင်တော်လှန်ရေးသမိုင်းတွင် အရေးပါသော အချိုးအကွေ့တစ်ခုဖြစ်သည့် ၁၉၉၅ ခုနှစ် မာနယ်ပလောကျဆုံးချိန်အထိ သူသည် ယင်းတာဝန်ကို ဆက်လက်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့သည်။မာနယ်ပလောကျဆုံးပြီးနောက် KNU ဌာနချုပ်ကို ဒူးပလာယာခရိုင်၊ စခန်းသစ်သို့ ပြောင်းရွှေ့ခဲ့သည်။ ပဒိုစောသောသီဘွဲသည် ယင်းနေရာတွင် နောက်ထပ် ၁၅ နှစ်တိုင်တိုင် အဖွဲ့အစည်းအတွက် ဆက်လက်တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့သည်။ ၂၀၁၀ ပြည့်နှစ်တွင် KNU ဗဟိုဌာနချုပ် အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူးရုံးသို့ ပြန်လည်ရောက်ရှိခဲ့ပြီး ကရင်တော်လှန်ရေး၏ လေးစားဖွယ် ခေါင်းဆောင်များထဲမှတစ်ဦးဖြစ်သူ ကွယ်လွန်သူ ပဒိုမန်းရှာလားဖန်း၏ ဦးဆောင်မှုအောက်တွင် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့သည်။ပဒိုစောသောသီဘွဲသည် သူ၏တော်လှန်ရေးသက်တမ်းတစ်လျှောက် KNU တွင် အရေးပါသော ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုရာထူးအသီးသီးကို ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့သည်။ (၁၃) ကြိမ်မြောက် KNU ကွန်ဂရက်တွင် အမြဲတမ်းကော်မတီဝင်အဖြစ် ရွေးချယ်ခံရပြီး၊ (၁၄) ကြိမ်မြောက် ကွန်ဂရက်တွင် ဗဟိုအလုပ်အမှုဆောင်ကော်မတီဝင် ဖြစ်လာခဲ့သည်။ (၁၅) ကြိမ်မြောက် ကွန်ဂရက်တွင် အဖွဲ့အစည်း၏ အဓိကခေါင်းဆောင်မှုရာထူးဖြစ်သော တွဲဖက်အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူး (၁) အဖြစ် ရွေးချယ်ခံခဲ့ရသည်။ (၁၆) ကြိမ်မြောက် ကွန်ဂရက်တွင် ရွေးချယ်မခံရသော်လည်း ဘဏ္ဍာအခွန်ဌာနမှတစ်ဆင့် KNU တွင် ဆက်လက်တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့သည်။ လက်ရှိ (၁၇) ကြိမ်မြောက် KNU ကွန်ဂရက်တွင်မူ ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုတာဝန်များကို ပြန်လည်လွှဲအပ်ခြင်းခံရပြီး တွဲဖက်အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူး (၁) အဖြစ် တကျော့ပြန် ရွေးချယ်ခံခဲ့ရသည်။ယခုပေါ့ဒ်ကတ်စ်တွင် ပဒိုစောသောသီဘွဲသည် KNU တွင် ဆယ်စုနှစ်ပေါင်းများစွာ တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့သည့် သူ၏ ကိုယ်တွေ့အတွေ့အကြုံများနှင့် ကရင်တော်လှန်ရေးခရီးစဉ်ကို ပြန်လည်မျှဝေထားသည်။ ထို့အပြင် ကွယ်လွန်သူ ပဒိုမန်းရှာနှင့်အတူ လုပ်ကိုင်ခဲ့သည့် နှစ်များအကြောင်း၊ ကြားရခဲသော အတွေ့အကြုံများ၊ ကရင်အမျိုးသားလှုပ်ရှားမှု၏ စိန်ခေါ်မှုများနှင့် အောင်မြင်မှုများ၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ လက်ရှိနိုင်ငံရေးအခြေအနေနှင့် အနာဂတ်အပေါ် သူ၏ အမြင်များကိုပါ တန်ဖိုးရှိစွာ သုံးသပ်မျှဝေထားသည်။ကရင်တော်လှန်ရေး၏ အတွေ့အကြုံအရင့်ဆုံးနှင့် ပေးဆပ်မှုအပြည့်အဝရှိသော ခေါင်းဆောင်များထဲမှ တစ်ဦးဖြစ်သူ၏ စိတ်ဝင်စားဖွယ် အသိအမြင်ပညာ ဆွေးနွေးချက်များကို နားဆင်နိုင်ပါပြီ။ ယခုတွေ့ဆုံမေးမြန်းမှုကို အပိုင်း ၄ ပိုင်း ခွဲခြားထားပြီး နားဆင်ချိန် ၁ နာရီခန့် ရှိပါသည်IEGM
