This was created by importing an angled rainbow gradient into Audacity. There are no extra effects or any alteration of the original image-to-audio import. Personally, I think it sounds like your in a nightmare that takes place at a beach with a grandfather clock stuck in the sand about seven feet from you, but it's slightly angled due to gravity's effect on the loose soil.
