Hello! RingtoneFeeder is not about Britney Spears, Chris Brown, Rihanna or Amy Winehouse. Geoff Smith explains the overall RingtoneFeeder concept and talks about ringtones and how it means something different to each person. For some it is just what it says it is - a tone that rings which tells you that your phone is ringing and that’s cool. For some it is a clip of a song from some artist they like - but why stop there? Inspired by the excellent and not least elegant solution provided by iPhoneWriter.com - we thought we would pass on the concept of dealing with spammers or other unwanted calls on the iPhone. 1. Create a new contact called “Spammers” or whatever you prefer and assign the silent ringtone to that particular contact. 2. Whenever you receive calls from unwanted people, simply add their number to the “Spammers” contact in your address book and you will not be alerted at all. You can of course also use the same method and assign a funny ringtone "That Person Again" for example, so you will instantly know that it is someone from that list calling.
