It Matters To Us
by Mark Wilson
We put out a call to young people with lived experience of racism in their community, and the response was overwhelming. From being randomly targeted in shopping centres to casual comments at school, these experiences are common, and they are not acceptable. This is not the community we want our young people growing up in. This episode was produced by nine talented, community driven young people who are motivated to live in a world where racism is challenged, not normalised, and where they do not have to carry this burden alone. This is why it matters to us. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
