As the subtitle of her book suggests, the key to getting more done, getting more sleep, and having less stress is allowing GOD to handle your "To-Do List." The human experience means that we can identify and connect on many common areas of life that cause us to stumble, doubt, fear, and make missteps when it comes to serving GOD. Transformational Leadership with Dr. Patricia Anderson

Dr. Patricia Anderson, a certified change practitioner, and professor at the Forbes School of Business and Technology believes Psuedo transformational leaders thrive in “command and control” siloed organizational structures. Their lack of emotional proximity stifles innovation, creativity, and collaboration. My research targets this behavior and recommends strategies to identify, curtail, and mitigate its effects. Further, hiring practices and diverse mindsets in the C-Suite are aimed at reducing the occurrence of PTLs in an organization. The mutual accountability between authentic transformational leaders and their internal customers are proof points that position both parties to move to individual and collective better future states. In this episode, Dr. Anderson shares information about her upcoming Transformational Leadership 2021  - Lead, Learn, Level Up! Event with Special emphasis on Organizational Change Management. This immersive virtual experience for leaders will be held on consecutive Saturdays beginning September 9th,  September 18th, and September 25th.

The Humanity In Us: Compassion & Conection

This episode has been recorded on Spotify's Greenroom app and the conversation was prompted by a news story about a 14 year old who entered a Jersey City restaurant and left a newborn with a couple after a brief exchange about the babies health. The newborn was treated on the scene with oxygen and reports are indicating the child is well and will be adopted. The mother is also reported a being fine and will not be charged in this situation. Our podcast focuses more on the message of genuine humanity with how everyone rallied to the aid of this young woman and her infant. She entered the establishment looking for help and received just that because of the compassion of the individuals she encountered. The basic connection we all share is our humanity. Come explore how this shocking story also revealed the humanity in all of us. tTkckoBZYiPor2e9t5ep
