They know they are the ones who can change things. They know how to follow those feelings to its origin thoughts and beliefs in the subconscious.What does a spiritually mature person look like?They focus on and value progression over comfort. They recognize and a sensitive to degrees of divine light and love. They choose progression for themselves and others first. Outward thinkers are mission focused. In their decision making they ask questions like, “What is in the highest good for all?” They are inspired to connect to God constantly. Recognize light and not in the enlightened.They own their agency well.  Divine power. They practice self mastery. We recognize that the negative feelings are clues for spiritual misalignment.  Self mastery is self love. (It can be seen in their respect for themselves and others; in their civil behaviors towards others. This civility means they reply to communications such as texts, emails, phone calls etc.)Knowing how to realign to God and reconcile with God to correct the beliefs and thoughts.  Allow God to teach them eternal truth. Open heart, open mind, open eyes, surrendered will.

Why do we need to have a greater level of joy?  Because Heavenly Father wants us to have joy.  Like most parents we work hard, sacrifice so that our kids can be blessed and be happy.  The best thing we can do is the accept their gift and create a happy life. Joy isn’t a destination.  It is a state of being. We can always increase this state of being.  ‘Men are that they might have joy.’ 2 Ne. 2:25. 2.What is JOY? I believe it is a kind of happiness and peace from receiving the fullness of truth and light.  A satisfying joy that we feel regardless of any situation or circumstances.  It isn’t like the short lived fun of the world. I feel it in my heart, deep in my gut and it radiates outwards.  3. Is this the solution to our pains?  Yes, no.   We have to pass through pains to get there. Don’t ignore pain or suppress painful situations.  Painful experiences are all part of joy.  Experiencing pains, grief, sorrows etc is the price we pay to know God better sometimes but do not dwell on pains and glorify martyrdom.  4. How we create a higher level of joy in our lives? Pay attention to the heart energy for divine instructions. Learn how to pray. How to talk to God.  How do we hear Him.   Keep the commandments & Be obedient to divine directives and obey them. Take actions that helps you RECEIVE Joy!  Design your life.  (For me, it is receiving and recognizing blessings when it comes in its many forms.  Be a graceful receiver of money, praises and love.  Taking the time to eat well prepared food, to exercise, to rest, to work in the profession that serves my divine calling etc.)  5.
