Inside Predator Poachers Long Island: Exposing Online Child Predators 2026
I sat down at my studio, Floored Media, with Mike of PP Long Island for an honest, in-depth conversation about the work his team is doing to expose online child predators and turn evidence over to law enforcement.Just hours before coming into the studio, Mike was involved in a case in Queens that led to an arrest after a man attempted to arrange a meeting with someone he believed to be a 13-year-old girl. We break down how that case unfolded, how PP conducts their investigations, and why their focus is always on documentation, evidence, and working within the law.Throughout the conversation, Mike talks about the sheer scale of their work across Long Island and beyond. We discuss cases tied to towns including Merrick, Levittown, East Meadow, East Rockaway, Deer Park, Farmingdale, Bethpage, Bohemia, Holbrook, East Islip, Huntington, Northport, Riverhead, and others, highlighting how widespread the issue really is.We also get into the criticism these groups face, the platforms predators most often use, and what parents should be paying closer attention to. Mike shares how losing their YouTube channel impacted their operation, how they’ve adapted since, and what motivates him to continue doing this work despite the emotional and financial challenges. This conversation is uncomfortable at times, but it’s an important one. My goal was to better understand how these cases happen, how they’re stopped, and what awareness can actually make a difference.Connect With PPLi Here:Kick: https://kick.com/pplongislandRumble: https://rumble.com/user/PPLongIslandFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/share/1D74z4j1qU/?mibextid=wwXIfrLocals: https://predatorpoacherslongisland.locals.comInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/pplongislandJay's LinksInstagram - https://www.instagram.com/jaybelskyShop Jays Gear - https://www.amazon.com/shop/jaybelskyEverything Else - https://lnk.bio/jaybelsky

Exposing a Teacher's Dark Secret in Wading River NY with Mike Villani
Predator Poachers, founded six years ago by Alex Rosen, uses decoys to catch child predators. Mike Villani (aka Douglas King Jr.) head of the Long Island NY chapter discusses two cases with Jay Belsky. Marvin Guerrero, who planned to meet a 13-year-old, and most recently Mark Verity, an elementary school music teacher from Wading River Elementary School. Villani explains how they identified and confronted Verity, emphasizing their concern due to his proximity to children. They planned to move quicky and try to confront him alone to prioritize avoiding his family and traumatizing children at the school. The team was shocked that Verity's parents bailed him out, and Villani expressed concern about Verity's potential impact on students over his 10-year teaching career, especially given his interest in middle school-aged children. The team also discussed a previous case where the suspect tried to justify his actions and even offered a donation to have the video removed. Villani revealed that his group has caught 48 predators since January, highlighting the prevalence of the problem.Villani offered advice to parents on how to protect their children online and offline, emphasizing open communication, building self-esteem, and teaching kids to trust their instincts. He identified KIK as a dangerous app and clarified that his group is not motivated by financial gain but by a desire to stop child predators. He encouraged people to reach out with tips and information, as they are always working to catch predators. The Guys Links:Predator Poachers Long IslandInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/pplongisland/YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@UCB2l5ec-L3Ys_IfxTzDvIMw Alex Rosen: https://www.instagram.com/ifightforkidsv4/Original Catch Video of Mark Verityhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=61QysBkDKm8&t=1694sJays Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jaybelsky/Floored Media Production and Podcast Studiohttps://www.youtube.com/@UCjqCvWQ4tz7YjX8_4BcJx6g https://www.instagram.com/flooredmediaJay's Equipment On Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/shop/jaybelsky

What Happens When You Take Alcohol Out of the Equation? Nick Kosir & Amy Freeze Share Their Journeys With Jason Belsky
In this powerful and candid episode, we're joined by Nick Kosir, widely known as The Dancing Weatherman and Amy Freeze, a veteran broadcast meteorologist and lifelong abstainer from alcohol. Together, they talk with Jason Belsky and open up about their deeply personal journeys with alcohol one of recovery, the other of prevention and the lessons they've learned along the way.📺 About the Guests:Nick Kosir is a meteorologist and social media sensation, known for blending accurate forecasts with viral dance videos that have garnered millions of views. But behind the internet fame is a story of resilience: Nick has been sober for 8 years after a long struggle with alcohol that began in high school as a way to cope with anxiety. His relationship with drinking evolved into binge behavior and dependency, impacting both his career and personal life. It wasn’t until his wife voiced her concern that Nick found the motivation to begin a difficult but ultimately transformative path toward sobriety. He speaks openly about his failed attempts to quit, the intense cravings, and how therapy helped him face the root of his addiction: social anxiety.Amy Freeze is a respected meteorologist with decades of experience at major networks like FOX and ABC. Raised in a strict religious household and having witnessed alcoholism in her family, Amy made a conscious decision early in life to abstain from alcohol altogether. She shares what it’s like to navigate a society that often expects alcohol to be part of every celebration, the social assumptions that come with abstinence, and a recent moment of temptation in New York City that tested her values. They both sit down with Jason Belsky and discuss 🍸 in this episode:The psychological roots behind drinking and abstinenceSocial challenges and how to gracefully navigate them (spoiler: diet Coke helps)Why some people find AA helpful and others don’tHow therapy, self-awareness, and supportive friendships are key to long-term changeLife after alcohol: how other vices and challenges can emergeProactive decision-making and why it matters even if you’ve never taken a sipWhether you’re sober-curious, in recovery, or just interested in how alcohol shapes our lives and relationships, this episode offers insight, empathy, and real-life tools from two very different but equally compelling perspectives.
