Deliverance is a ministry of Love! We shouldn't be afraid of being fully set free. I have had 6 and continue to do self deliverance when needed. God redeems us, He gives us what we need. If you are questioning whether you need deliverance or not, you need it! We make excuses as to why, we don't need it. Sometimes we need an army. Fasting is mentioned over 70 times throughout Scripture. In the Old Testament, there were two types of fasting: public and private. Both types offer great spiritual benefits.Something happens when we fast! Let this be your confirmation. God is going to do it for you!Matthew 6:16-18 - “And when you fast, do not look gloomy like the hypocrites, for they disfigure their faces that their fasting may be seen by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. But when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, that your fasting may not be seen by others but by your Father who is in secret. In this episode initially I did not have a title for it but as I continue to speak, I realize fairly quickly. Yes, this is the perfect title.It is so important to check our emotions, people are suffering around us, because we don’t know how to check ourselves. Why The RUSH! We are in fight or Flight mode more often than we think. We feel this angry tiger is after us, and reality its just us running from what? Crisis, we possibly made up. We put this mandate on ourselves, this heavy weight, this imaginary expectation on ourselves. Imagine taking your time? Imagine taking a deep breath and allowing God to be present in our lives. I am in Florida currently, and I realized I needed a moment of rest.
