    Eva's Recovery Story From Her Eating Disorder

    Eva's journey started when she decided to go on a diet after she graduated from university, and started to implement a rather intense exercise regime.     Anna Boniface - Her Running and Recovery Journey from Anorexia

    Anna Boniface is a long-distance runner, with one international cap for England in 2017. She gradually developed anorexia when she was around 15 years old, which correlated with starting running competitively. She quickly lost her period and became quite withdrawn in her first year of a-levels. She started to attach her running performance to her weight and how many miles she ran, which came from observations and culture she had learnt throughout her years in sport.     Katie is an immigration lawyer and very keen runner (and newbie triathlete!). She started running at 19 after playing competitive hockey and tennis for years. Her running quickly improved and she won the English 5000m u23 championships and French u23 cross country championships at aged 21.  However, throughout this time, she was also struggling with an eating disorder, and we speak about her journey in the podcast, and how she has successfully managed to get back into competitive running in a healthy and happy way. www.jenup.com
