So I did -- I produced this instrumental trip-hop track and kept the working name -- quite literally a "new groove" and also in the figurative sense. I'm feeling a lot better now.

 It's a relaxing sound, like sea water splashing over my foot.

 Where is it? In Wales, of course, and all over the world. 
 Where am I? In New York, where I was born and have always lived. 
 I'm talking about the joy of speaking Welsh, the language of Heaven.
