Today I'm talking about memory, Reading, Social Media can be bad, overall talking about getting better.

Talking about the Nike deal and making your choices. Treating people how you want to be treated, sounds like a no-brainer to me.

We are talking about the Media and Corporations and what we choose to pay attention to.

A couple weeks ago I went to a Bachelor party and watched a shit load of wrestling. This is about that and also a somewhat incoherent rant.

All of us have in us the ability to change for the better and that's what this episode is about, last episode wasn't great and I'm sorry but I am really proud of this one. I hope you enjoy it and maybe you get something out of it.

Most of us not all of us but most of us browse our twitter when we wake up to get news, so I thought why not just read through it on the podcast. This is what happened.
