A chunky funky monkey good time is waiting to be had,and a journey is waiting to be taken! Please enjoy and thanks for the listen! I give some warm up tracks so that you can can chill out,tap a toe or 2 and then off with it then. I spent more focus this session on the mixing.. I always mix with care but am so anxious to share what I think are great artists so I'm more pushing the work for the art. This mix I took time to push my own limits and see how far I could go,push my own craft.. And I feel as if I went there...and 3 hours and 20 minutes or so later,I find myself enjoying the groove. Definitely a toss in the bucket of wins,cause at that length,there IS something in there YOU NEED to HEAR and FEEL RIGHT NOW! None of that "to the edit room with you...",as of course it never is unless time is a factor and has to be shaved. Fuck it...I'm going in raw...there was no particular set order though there was a particular set of tracks. It stops for nothing,If a track drops too short or soon,then I remix it. If I were playing for you would you want half ass love? And don't worry about your sound your system is fine(I HOPE),cause volume is a huge part of the mix,and if you think you missed something go back and check,I got you. It's old school 3 inches of dust on the warehouse floor grooves. Take the time to listen and you might hear something you've been missing ;) As always thanks for the listen and to all be well!
