    JWJ S5 EP2 - What Needs Nurturing?

Send us Fan MailRooted & Rising – What Needs Nurturing?Last week we opened the gate to a new season, Rooted & Rising. This week, we're taking our first gentle steps into The Quiet Field.Living and working on the farm reminds me every day that nature never rushes. Before anything reaches for the light, it first puts down roots. Perhaps we're not so different. In this episode, I reflect on what it really means to nurture ourselves, why quiet growth often goes unnoticed, and how we can stop measuring life by what we've achieved and start noticing who we're becoming.I'll leave you with a simple journal prompt to carry through the week, followed by six minutes of the waterfall and nature an invitation to pause, reflect, and simply be.So, come and walk with me for a while... www.journeywithjaney.com https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=746259271 https://mybook.to/JaneAnderson https://mybook.to/thedaydreamer https://sourceapp.dynamitelifestyle.com/thesource?affliate_url_name=jane-anderson

    JWJ S5 Rooted & Rising EP1 - Reflect, Review & Rewrite

Send us Fan MailRooted & Rising Season 5 Begins.Welcome to a new season of Journey with Janey.Season 4 invited us to embrace new beginnings. This season is about what happens next.Like nature, we aren't meant to bloom all year. We need time to put down roots, trust the process, and recognise that some of life's greatest growth happens quietly, beneath the surface.Throughout this season, I'll be sharing reflections inspired by the changing seasons, life on the farm, nature, grief, rediscovery, and the gentle reminders that help us come home to ourselves. This week's reflection is simple:Reflect on how fa you have come in the last 90 days? it may be something really small and thats totally fine.If it were the end of September and you were looking back with a smile, what has grown in your life?Take a few quiet moments with a journal, or simply sit with the question and notice what comes, tune into the ryhthym of the sea and see where it takes you.Thank you for walking alongside me. Whether you're listening from your kitchen, your car, out in nature, or somewhere in between, I'm so glad you're here. www.journeywithjaney.com https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=746259271 https://mybook.to/JaneAnderson https://mybook.to/thedaydreamer https://sourceapp.dynamitelifestyle.com/thesource?affliate_url_name=jane-anderson

JWJ S4 EP10 - The Answers are Within

Send us Fan MailOver the last two months, we've explored new beginnings, growth, confidence, self-image, learning from nature, and trusting ourselves. But what if the answers we've been searching for aren't out there at all? What if they're already within us?In this special reflective episode, Janey invites you to pause, slow down, and listen.Through a series of powerful questions, you'll be encouraged to step away from the noise, put down Google, stop seeking validation, and reconnect with your own wisdom. The episode concludes with 10 minutes of calming sea sounds recorded in Bermuda, creating space for reflection and allowing your own answers to emerge.🌿 What do I already know to be true? 🌿 What am I pretending not to know? 🌿 What keeps coming back into my thoughts? 🌿 What decision have I already made in my heart but keep looking for permission to make? 🌿 Where in my life am I forcing something that wants to flow? 🌿 What would I do if I trusted myself completely? 🌿 What feels light right now? 🌿 What feels heavy? 🌿 What am I being invited to let go of? 🌿 What is life trying to teach me in this season? 🌿 Which season of life am I in right now? 🌿 What is growing beneath the surface that nobody else can see? 🌿 What needs more sunshine in my life? 🌿 What needs more patience? 🌿 What am I trying to bloom before it's ready? And finally, my favourite question of all: 🌿 What do I already know to be true, but keep looking outside myself to confirm? Sit with that one. www.journeywithjaney.com https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=746259271 https://mybook.to/JaneAnderson https://mybook.to/thedaydreamer https://sourceapp.dynamitelifestyle.com/thesource?affliate_url_name=jane-anderson

Send us Fan MailThis week, Janey reflects on family, connection, nature, and the quiet lessons life offers when we slow down enough to notice them. From sunshine-filled moments and supportive conversations, to noticing the trees, buttercups, and daisies growing in their own time, this episode is a reminder that we are not separate from nature. We are Nature. And just like nature, we all move through different seasons.Sometimes the smallest things hold the biggest lessons, if we take the time to really see them. www.journeywithjaney.com https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=746259271 https://mybook.to/JaneAnderson https://mybook.to/thedaydreamer https://sourceapp.dynamitelifestyle.com/thesource?affliate_url_name=jane-anderson

    JWJ S4 EP8 - Stepping into Yourself

Send us Fan MailThis episode is a reflection on growth, the quiet kind that happens internally before the outside world begins to notice it. After a birthday weekend filled with football, a sea swim, laughter, connection, and moments of deep reflection, Janey shares how much can shift in just a couple of weeks when we begin reconnecting with ourselves. From consciously changing her thoughts after disappointment, to feeling grounded in nature and surrounded by joyful energy, this episode explores what it really means to step into yourself. Not by becoming someone different but by allowing yourself to stop shrinking and start living more fully. In this episode we explore: • Emotional growth and self-awareness • Choosing your thoughts and energy • Confidence, visibility, and self-image • The power of connection, joy, and community • Letting go of expectations and doing life your way Maybe growth isn’t always loud. Maybe sometimes it’s simply realising how much lighter you feel when you start becoming more of yourself.  www.journeywithjaney.com https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=746259271 https://mybook.to/JaneAnderson https://mybook.to/thedaydreamer https://sourceapp.dynamitelifestyle.com/thesource?affliate_url_name=jane-anderson

JWJ S4 EP7 - Self Image Starts Within

Send us Fan MailThis week, Janey reflects on the deeper meaning behind the Met Gala-inspired images she shared online and the conversations they sparked around confidence, identity, and self-worth.Because true self-image isn’t really about clothes, appearance, or how others see us.It’s about the relationship we have with ourselves. After life experiences, loss, change, and seasons of survival, many of us stop recognising who we are. We shrink ourselves, question ourselves, and wait for permission to feel good enough. This episode is a gentle reminder that confidence starts within.• The connection between self-image and self-worth• Why confidence isn’t about perfection• How life experiences can disconnect us from ourselves• Becoming more of who you truly areSometimes the biggest transformation isn’t external. It’s the way you begin to see yourself. www.journeywithjaney.com https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=746259271 https://mybook.to/JaneAnderson https://mybook.to/thedaydreamer https://sourceapp.dynamitelifestyle.com/thesource?affliate_url_name=jane-anderson

JWJ S4 EP6 - Doing Life Your Way

Send us Fan MailWith a birthday weekend just past and a season of growth unfolding, this episode is a reflection on coming back to yourself. After weeks of connection, opportunity, and momentum, Janey shares what it means to pause and ask a simple but powerful question: "What do I actually want?" This conversation explores the pressure of expectations from others and from ourselves and the importance of choosing a path that feels true, even if it looks different. In this episode we explore: • Letting go of expectations • Listening to your own needs • Choosing how you spend your time and energy • Finding alignment in everyday decisions Sometimes growth isn’t about doing more. Sometimes it’s about doing what feels right. In your own way.  www.journeywithjaney.com https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=746259271 https://mybook.to/JaneAnderson https://mybook.to/thedaydreamer https://sourceapp.dynamitelifestyle.com/thesource?affliate_url_name=jane-anderson

JWJ S4 EP5 - The Seeds We Plant Take Time To Grow

Send us Fan MailAfter a week filled with connection, travel, speaking, and celebration, Janey found herself feeling deeply tired not from stress, but from growth. In this episode, she reflects on the exhaustion that can follow meaningful work, high-energy environments, and moments of expansion. From a book launch to time in Belfast with the Dynamite Lifestyle Collective, to delivering a keynote talk at St Oswald’s a ful circle moment that began as a small idea more than two years ago — this conversation explores the power of patience and trusting the process. Because many of the most important things in life start as seeds. In this episode we explore: • Why exhaustion after meaningful work is normal • The emotional impact of high-energy environments • Trusting the timing of opportunities • The importance of rest after growth • How small seeds can lead to big moments Sometimes progress looks like movement. Sometimes progress looks like rest. Both are part of the journey. www.journeywithjaney.com https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=746259271 https://mybook.to/JaneAnderson https://mybook.to/thedaydreamer https://sourceapp.dynamitelifestyle.com/thesource?affliate_url_name=jane-anderson

    JWJ S4 EP3 - Quiet Readjustment

Send us Fan MailHave you ever returned home from a holiday expecting to feel refreshed only to find yourself feeling tired, emotional, or slightly out of rhythm? In this episode, Janey reflects on the quiet readjustment that often follows time away and how this relates to everyday too. Not just physical travel, but emotional and spiritual experiences the kind that bring clarity, creativity, and what she describes as "downloads." Allowing ourselves time to settle, integrate, and gently return to everyday life. In this episode we explore: • Why tiredness after time away is often emotional or spiritual, not just physical • The importance of readjustment after reflection or change • How the sun and nature can create moments of connection and clarity • Giving yourself permission to rest and integrate Sometimes tiredness is not exhaustion. Sometimes it’s growth settling in.  www.journeywithjaney.com https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=746259271 https://mybook.to/JaneAnderson https://mybook.to/thedaydreamer https://sourceapp.dynamitelifestyle.com/thesource?affliate_url_name=jane-anderson

    JWJ S4 EP2 - A Moment by the Sea

Send us Fan MailThis episode comes to you from a place of sunshine, sea air, and unexpected self-discovery.Time away from the demands of everyday life has given me something I didn’t realise I needed space to relax into myself again. To feel playful, curious, and even a little bit like a “naughty school girl,” rediscovering parts of me that had been quietly waiting for attention.Sometimes the most meaningful work we do isn’t business work it’s personal. It’s the gentle work of reconnecting with who we are beyond our roles, responsibilities, and routines. In this short, reflective episode, recorded with the sound of the sea in the background, an added bonus of an extra 10 minutes of sea and Cala D'or waking up for the day. I share what it means to slow down, listen inward, and allow life to flow.Take a moment. Breathe. Send us Fan MailAs we move into the Easter weekend a time often associated with renewal, hope, and fresh starts. This episode invites you to pause and reflect on where you are in your own life. Not every new beginning arrives with a big announcement. Sometimes it begins quietly, with a shift in how we think, how we feel, or how we choose to move forward. In this opening episode of Season 4, Janey shares gentle reflections on life’s seasons, the power of starting again, and the permission we all need to move forward in our own way. Whether you’re navigating change, loss, uncertainty, or simply feeling ready for something new, this conversation is a reminder that you are not behind, you are simply in a season, exactly where you need to be.And seasons change so can we. www.journeywithjaney.com https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=746259271 https://mybook.to/JaneAnderson https://mybook.to/thedaydreamer https://sourceapp.dynamitelifestyle.com/thesource?affliate_url_name=jane-anderson

Send us Fan MailIn this closing episode of Season 3, Janey reflects on the journey from stillness to rediscovery and the quiet transformations that happen when we trust our own pace. As winter gives way to spring, this episode invites listeners to recognise the changes that have taken place beneath the surface the new clarity, boundaries, and confidence that emerge when we listen deeply to ourselves. Rather than focusing on endings, this episode honours evolution the natural shift from preparation to movement, from reflection to action. The season has changed. And so have you.  www.journeywithjaney.com https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=746259271 https://mybook.to/JaneAnderson https://mybook.to/thedaydreamer https://sourceapp.dynamitelifestyle.com/thesource?affliate_url_name=jane-anderson

JWJ S3 EP11 - The Places That Hold Our Stories

Send us Fan MailWhere Love Still Lives Recorded overlooking the family farm where Janey scattered her mum’s ashes, this episode is a quiet reflection on place, memory, and the love that shapes us. As Mother’s Day approaches in the UK, Janey shares thoughts on returning to meaningful places, how grief evolves over time, and how the people we lose continue to live through the values, perspectives, and ways of being they gave us. Rather than focusing on loss, this episode explores something gentler. The idea that love never truly disappears. It simply changes form and becomes part of who we are. If you’ve ever returned to a place that holds memories, or found yourself reflecting on someone who shaped your life, this episode offers a moment to pause and honour what we carry forward.  www.journeywithjaney.com https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=746259271 https://mybook.to/JaneAnderson https://mybook.to/thedaydreamer https://sourceapp.dynamitelifestyle.com/thesource?affliate_url_name=jane-anderson

    JWJ S3 EP10 - The Self You're Remembering

Send us Fan MailRecorded beside a flowing stream on a bright early-March day, this episode reflects on rediscovery, intuition, and the quiet return to self that often follows seasons of change. In the days around International Women’s Day, Janey explores a different perspective on empowerment, not becoming more, but remembering who we already are beneath expectation, roles, and responsibilities. Through nature, reflection, and lived experience, this episode invites you to reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been waiting quietly beneath the surface.  www.journeywithjaney.com https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=746259271 https://mybook.to/JaneAnderson https://mybook.to/thedaydreamer https://sourceapp.dynamitelifestyle.com/thesource?affliate_url_name=jane-anderson

    JWJ S3 EP9 - Meaning Before Momentum

Send us Fan MailAs we step into March, the energy begins to shift. The light lingers longer. Momentum feels closer. Ideas start forming again. But before we rush forward, this episode offers a pause. Following a season of storm, expression, rest, and integration, Janey reflects on the importance of choosing meaning before movement. Why momentum without clarity often recreates old patterns. Why sustainable progress starts with alignment. And how rediscovery changes the direction we’re willing to move in. If you’re feeling ready to act but unsure where to focus, this episode invites you to slow down just long enough to ask a better question: What actually matters now? www.journeywithjaney.com https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=746259271 https://mybook.to/JaneAnderson https://mybook.to/thedaydreamer https://sourceapp.dynamitelifestyle.com/thesource?affliate_url_name=jane-anderson

    JWJ S3 EP8 - Creativty Without Pressure

Send us Fan MailThis episode comes from the space after something meaningful. After recording her chapter for a collaborative book, Janey reflects on the natural rhythm of creativity. The high, the exhaustion, the rest, and the quiet certainty that follows. She explores the difference between creativity and production, why real creative energy comes from trust rather than pressure, and how giving ourselves permission to stop allows belief to catch up with action. With honest reflections on work, family, expectations, and the pace of modern life, this episode is an invitation to slow down, honour what’s just moved through you, and consciously choose how you want to live. You don’t have to push your creativity. You only have to honour it.   www.journeywithjaney.com https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=746259271 https://mybook.to/JaneAnderson https://mybook.to/thedaydreamer https://sourceapp.dynamitelifestyle.com/thesource?affliate_url_name=jane-anderson

JWJ S3 EP7 - The Circle of The Storm

Send us Fan MailWhen What Once Fit No Longer Does This episode is a story about seasons, storms, and the quiet courage it takes to release what no longer fits. As we move from wintering into new momentum, Janey reflects on nature’s rhythms, the shift into Fire Horse energy, and her own journey of recording Circle of the Storm for a collaborative book project. It’s a moment of standing inside change rather than rushing past it. This is an invitation to notice what’s loosening in your own life, to trust the clearing that storms bring, and to honour the subtle signals that tell you when it’s time to let go. You don’t have to force the next chapter. Sometimes you simply allow the storm to pass. Journal PromptsWhere in my life do I feel like I’m standing in the middle of something shifting? What has been whispering to me lately that I’ve been trying to ignore? What am I carrying that feels heavier than it used to?If storms come to remove what’s loose, what might be loosening in me? www.journeywithjaney.com https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=746259271 https://mybook.to/JaneAnderson https://mybook.to/thedaydreamer https://sourceapp.dynamitelifestyle.com/thesource?affliate_url_name=jane-anderson

JWJ S3 EP6 - Listening Beneath The Surface (A Reintroduction)

Send us Fan MailThis episode is a gentle reintroduction, not through titles or achievements, but through lived experience. Janey reflects on decades in science and systems, seasons of recovery and loss, and her recent journey co-authoring a collaborative book, a process that invited deeper reflection on what has truly shaped her. Through stillness, writing, and lived change, she shares why most people don’t need fixing, they need space. Space to listen beneath the surface, integrate their story, and rediscover what already matters. This episode is for anyone in transition of any kind. Anyone sensing change beneath the surface. Anyone ready to slow down and hear themselves more clearly. You’re not behind. You’re listening.  www.journeywithjaney.com https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=746259271 https://mybook.to/JaneAnderson https://mybook.to/thedaydreamer https://sourceapp.dynamitelifestyle.com/thesource?affliate_url_name=jane-anderson

We explore why stillness is not failure, pause is not stuck, and nothing has gone wrong. Drawing on nature’s rhythms and the sense of momentum that builds before movement, this episode reflects on the importance of wintering, integration, and trusting timing. If you’re feeling restless yet not ready, sensing change but not seeing it bloom, this episode invites you to rest without guilt and recognise the quiet strength forming beneath the surface. You are not behind. You are gathering energy. Journal Prompts (Invite yourself to pause. Send us Fan MailNature as Our Teacher: The Quiet Wisdom of the In-Between Snowdrops appear while winter still holds the ground. They don’t wait for certainty. They don’t rush the season. They emerge because the time is right. In this episode, we explore nature as our teacher and what the snowdrop can show us about the space between who we were and who we’re becoming. When clarity hasn’t arrived yet, and momentum feels premature, nature reminds us that growth often happens quietly, beneath the surface. This is an invitation to honour the in-between, to trust emergence, and to let stillness guide the next step.  www.journeywithjaney.com https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=746259271 https://mybook.to/JaneAnderson https://mybook.to/thedaydreamer https://sourceapp.dynamitelifestyle.com/thesource?affliate_url_name=jane-anderson

A gentle invitation to reframe your past, trust your patterns, and integrate who you’ve been with who you’re becoming. Journal Prompts  What threads keep appearing in my life when I look back? What skills or interests have I dismissed that might actually be clues? If nothing was wasted, what story does my past tell now? www.journeywithjaney.com https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=746259271 https://mybook.to/JaneAnderson https://mybook.to/thedaydreamer https://sourceapp.dynamitelifestyle.com/thesource?affliate_url_name=jane-anderson

    JWJ S3 EP2 - After The Rush

Send us Fan MailAfter the Rush: Starting When the Noise Has Passed This episode explores what happens after the New Year urgency fades, when real change has the space to take root. Through reflection, storytelling, and lived experience, Janey shares how slowing down after hip operations became an unexpected lesson in the science of change, long before she ever studied personal development. Relearning how to walk revealed the power of repetition, patience, and intention, offering a real-world example of how habits form when meaning comes first. Jane explores why intentions often create more sustainable change than resolutions, how alignment precedes action, and why the Quiet Field the space beneath pressure and urgency is where rediscovery begins.  Journal prompts  Where in my life am I rushing simply because I think I should?  If I were choosing a “pebble” in this season, what would it represent? Where have I underestimated the power of small, consistent practice? What am I already doing well without realising how far I’ve come?  www.journeywithjaney.com https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=746259271 https://mybook.to/JaneAnderson https://mybook.to/thedaydreamer https://sourceapp.dynamitelifestyle.com/thesource?affliate_url_name=jane-anderson

JWJ Season 3 Episode 1 - Intentions or Resolutions?

Send us Fan MailThis episode invites a quieter way of beginning the year. Instead of resolutions driven by pressure, we explore intentions rooted in awareness, alignment, and truth. I share how setting intentions, from outdoor swimming in frozen water to gentle daily clearing has become a practice of rediscovery. We reflect on the science of habit change, the role of meaning in lasting transformation, and why real change doesn’t come from forcing ourselves to be different, but from listening to what lights us up. This episode sits in The Quiet Field the space beneath the noise where awareness comes before action and alignment comes before momentum. You’re invited to pause, reflect, and consider: What am I ready to return to this year, not because I should, but because it feels true? Where in my life am I being asked to move more gently, yet more honestly? If I trusted what lights me up, what intention would naturally rise?  www.journeywithjaney.com https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=746259271 https://mybook.to/JaneAnderson https://mybook.to/thedaydreamer https://sourceapp.dynamitelifestyle.com/thesource?affliate_url_name=jane-anderson

JWJ S2 EP8 - The Darkest Nigght. The New Light

Send us Fan MailThe winter solstice reminds us that light returns not with force, but with faith. Slowly. Steadily. Unstoppably. This week’s Journey with Janey reflection explores stillness, loss, and the quiet moment when direction changes even while the world still looks dark. If you’re completing a chapter and standing at the edge of something new, this one is for you. Reflection & Journalling Prompts - Stories, Stillness & Rediscovery You might like to sit with these slowly. There’s no right way to answer them. 1. What stories or books did I love as a child? 2. What did those stories teach me about darkness, courage, or hope? 3. Which characters stayed with me and why? What qualities do I recognise in myself? 4. How did those early stories shape the way I understand loss, change, or perseverance? 5. What new chapter is quietly forming beneath the surface? Not as a plan but as a feeling. 6. If my life were a story, where am I right now? At the ending of a chapter? At the turning point? At the moment just before movement begins? 7. As I move toward the Year of the Horse, what truth is ready to carry me forward? www.journeywithjaney.com https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=746259271 https://mybook.to/JaneAnderson https://mybook.to/thedaydreamer https://sourceapp.dynamitelifestyle.com/thesource?affliate_url_name=jane-anderson

Send us Fan MailJaney guides you through a moment of deep stillness. A space to breathe, pause, and gently reconnect with yourself. This reflection honours the quiet power of beginnings, reminding you that even in silence, life is quietly preparing to bloom again. Journal prompts to write about or just reflect on in your stillness:1. Where do I feel the stillness of this season most clearly in my life? What does it teach me?2. What has 2025 helped me complete, release, or understand more deeply? What feels finished within me?3. What emotional patterns, habits, or stories am I ready to lay down as this 9-year cycle closes? What no longer travels with me into the next chapter?4. What moments from this year softened me?What moments strengthened me?What surprised me about myself?5. In the dark, quiet places of my life, what small spark is beginning to glow? What part of me is quietly waking?6. What does “new beginnings” truly mean for me, not as a goal, but as a feeling? What does my heart want more of in 2026?7. If I listened only to instinct where would it guide me?What direction feels honest? What direction feels alive?8. What is my inner flame made of right now? What helps it burn? What dims it?What would help it grow gently?9. What boundaries, habits or practices will protect my energy as I cross into a new cycle? What supports my wellbeing in the quiet months?10. As I step toward 2026, what intention whispers to me?Not a resolution the whisper inside. A word, an image, a feeling. JWJ Season 2 Episode 3 - Men, Masks & Meaning

Send us Fan MailIn this heartfelt reflection, Janey explores the quiet courage of emotional honesty. She speaks to the men who’ve carried pain in silence and to the people who love them.Reminding us that true strength is found not in suppression but in sincerity. A tender invitation to remove the mask and let the heart breathe. Quote from Anthony Hutton - Founder and CEO of Never Throw in the Towel Project. A mission to tackle suicide. Men’s mental health key note speaker. Barber/Barber educator, podcast host. Big Brother Winner 2005.“Asking for help isn’t giving up, asking for help is refusing to give up” https://www.linkedin.com/in/anthony-hutton-9b5440102/Ross Steele of OMEGA Fitness explains the power of Movember:"November is a vitally important month on the calendar for Men. Not only because it is Men's Health Awareness Month, but because millions of Men and Woman (Mo-Bros and Mo-Sistas) unite to join the MOVEMBER mission to raise awareness around Men's health, spark conversations and raise funds to support amazing life saving programmes delivered globally by the Movember foundation.  The disturbing statistic is that on average, we lose one Man every minute of every hour to suicide globally. And 3 out of every 4 suicides in the UK are Men! In such an advanced technological age of civilisation, I find myself asking the question, have we really advanced at all if we continue to witness these kind of statistics? The need for increased awareness and understanding of mindset and it's impact on Men's mental health on a global scale has never been greater! By helping Men build healthier connections and relationships with themselves first and foremost through a greater understanding of who they are at their source and the personal power they have within, we can drive and accelerate real lasting change on the face of Mens health.  A change that ushers in a fresh new world of Mens health that promotes open conversations, social connections and educated communities that empowers and awakens minds so Men can truly thrive from the inside out to live happier, healthier, fitter, stronger, longer, more successful and fulfilled lives. That's the importance of Movember and it's the mission my Mo stands for!"  Thanks, Ross Book Your Complimentary Discovery Call: Chat With Ross Resources To Help You THRIVE: Access Now  Follow Me on Instagram: Follow Ross  www.journeywithjaney.com https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=746259271 https://mybook.to/JaneAnderson https://mybook.to/thedaydreamer https://sourceapp.dynamitelifestyle.com/thesource?affliate_url_name=jane-anderson

JWJ Season 2 Episode 2 - In Flanders Field

Send us Fan MailIn this tender reflection, Janey honours Remembrance Day through the timeless words of In Flanders Fields. She explores how grief, memory, and love intertwine — and how remembrance becomes an act of renewal. A quiet invitation to pause, to feel, and to find peace in the stories we carry. In Flanders FieldsIn Flanders fields the poppies blow Between the crosses, row on row, That mark our place; and in the sky The larks, still bravely singing, fly Scarce heard amid the guns below.  We are the Dead. Short days ago We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow, Loved and were loved, and now we lie, In Flanders fields.  Take up our quarrel with the foe: To you from failing hands we throw The torch; be yours to hold it high. If ye break faith with us who die We shall not sleep, though poppies grow In Flanders fields Written during the First World War by Canadian physician Lieutenant-Colonel John McCrae.     www.journeywithjaney.com https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=746259271 https://mybook.to/JaneAnderson https://mybook.to/thedaydreamer https://sourceapp.dynamitelifestyle.com/thesource?affliate_url_name=jane-anderson
