Julie/Anne, a passionate music lover and a very talented emerging artist from the Montreal underground music scene. Born out of the underground through the encounter of the prog and the techno. This brought her in 2015 to get into djing, and she did it her way by only following her strong intuition and musical sense and most of all by self-teaching herself.As 2020 was turning out to be a nightmare for many of us, Julie/Anne (CAN) rose to the occasion, leaving an indelible mark in music lovers’ hearts. Back in February 2020, after she literally floored everyone at Velvet Speakeasy (a well-known venue in Montreal), she continued spreading her love of music in many ways, as everything was shutting down. She made her mark with her FB live sessions, recorded collabs with Paris (France), Oslo (Norway), collaborated with SuperSonic Gin to curate an amazing Spotify playlist featuring local electronic productions as well as being invited on AfterHours.FM.
