Early in my career, I struggled with the fundamentals of leadership, leading to frustrating failures. Through 17 years of military service, filled with lots of practical experience, valuable lessons learned from legendary leaders, and countless hours spent pursuing a master’s degree in leadership, I've grown to confidently lead an organization of 450 people. This journey has earned me the trust of my teams and the skills to lead any group effectively.I've created this podcast to share my knowledge, insights, and frameworks to empower you to lead in any situation. Whether you're in a leadership role or aspiring to be, this podcast is designed to help you profoundly impact your organization, team, and career while enjoying your work.
