This week we had the honor of having a special guest on with us: Christ follower, husband, newly father, and self-proclaimed Liver of Life, John Sternagel. John just completed a 51.4 mile ultramarathon and we had a few questions for him about why in the world he decided to attempt to pull off such a task. John talks about his training process, his spiritual, mental, and physical growth that he went through and also what's next on his plate! Episode 17: Overcoming Temptation
Well this episode was quite a doozy and we apologize for all of the technical difficulties throughout the course of this episode. The enemy was certainly not wanting the Word of God to be heard in this one, but we powered through and dove into scripture to talk about Jesus being tempted in the wilderness by the devil.
