In this episode I host Brian Engblom! Brian won multiple Stanley Cups with the Montreal Canadiens and was an NHL All-Star. Brian won multiple Calder Cups in the AHL and was once recognized as the league’s best player. Brian represented Canada multiple times on the international stage and played college hockey at Wisconsin where he was an All-American. Brian is currently the Color Commentator for the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Michael used to be a columnist for The Boston Herald where he covered the Boston Bruins and the New England Patriots.

In this episode I host Luke Whitlock of the University of Indiana Swimming Team and the US National Swimming Team. Luke became the youngest swimmer to make the United States Olympic Swimming Team in 2024 which was a record previously held by Michael Phelps. This past year Luke was an All-American at Indiana.

This past season Rhett was an All-American Honorable Mention, set the Providence College Men’s Lacrosse single season points record, and helped PC Lacrosse get back to the Big East Championship game for the first time since 2017. 

In this episode I host Blake Zielinski. Blake is a highly rated prospect for the 2026 NHL Draft, has won two gold medals for USA Hockey, and was a USHL All-Star this year after playing for Des Moines and the USANTDP. Blake will play college hockey at Providence College this fall.
