Back To Basics: Coaching
My career has always been rooted in a fundamental desire to understand and implement the best coaching strategies and practices available. Whether it's for a personal training client or simply helping a friend, I want to know how and why certain tactics may lead to a successful outcome. All of this started when I was around 13 years old, and I look forward to continuing to grow as a coach for the rest of my life.with Tariq Kamil at BearBones Studio in Dubai

When to Let Go of a Client (and Without Guilt)
Not every coach-client relationship is built to last — and that’s okay. In this episode, I talk candidly about how to recognize when it's time to let go of a client, why doing so might actually strengthen your business, and how to walk away with confidence and respect. Why Start A Podcast?
For years I rejected the idea of social media altogether, I thought I'd be the ONE guy who would die on the hill of people using flip phones. And die I did... Luckily I came back to life in 2023 as a man who appreciates the opportunity that new media outlets give not only the content creators, but for listeners and viewers around the world. I now realize that there's a real possibility to make positive contributions to people's lives simply by sharing stories, conversations, information, and other entertaining content that they may connect with.
