German New Medicine, Thetford Festival
In this episode, I’m joined by Robert Jardine for a wide-ranging conversation about German New Medicine and the ideas behind its so-called five biological laws. We talk through Robert’s view that many symptoms people fear as illness may actually relate to the body’s healing phase after emotional shock or conflict, and I share some of my own personal reflections on grief, trauma, the body, and why this subject struck such a chord with me. It’s a challenging, controversial discussion, but one that asks listeners to think more deeply about health, emotion, stress, and the stories we are told about the body.Later in the show, I’m joined by Mark from the Thetford Truth and Freedom Movement to preview the upcoming Thetford Truth and Freedom Festival at the Angel Inn in Larling. We talk about how the event came together, the activism behind it, the mix of speakers, music and community on offer, and why gatherings like this matter to people looking for freedom, connection, and open conversation. If you’re curious about alternative health ideas, constitutional questions, or grassroots truth and freedom events, this episode covers plenty of ground.Robert Jardine: https://robert-jardine.com/Learning GNM: https://learninggnm.com/Dr. Ryke Geerd Hamer / Germanische Heilkunde: https://en.germanische-heilkunde-dr-hamer.com/The Truth About Cancer by Ty M. Mark Attwood on Healing, Frequency and the Spiritual War
I opened this episode in full Dark Matters mode before welcoming Mark Attwood to the show for a wide-ranging conversation on healing, frequency, trauma, truth-telling and what he calls being an “apocaloptimist”. We talked about the pressure so many people are feeling right now, the spiritual and psychological toll of the past few years, and why inner work matters just as much as calling out the madness around us. Mark shared how his own path led from alternative media and public speaking into building Live 5D Health in Ireland, a centre focused on therapies, recovery and helping people reconnect with their own capacity to heal. From there we went deep into water, grounding, parasites, consciousness, German New Medicine, Dolores Cannon, shamanism, Wetiko, the pineal gland, and the importance of raising our frequency rather than feeding fear. We also touched on the masculine and feminine balance, the power of speaking out, and the need to question everything while still keeping our feet on the ground. It was a big, bold, very Carly-and-Mark kind of conversation: part spiritual war room, part healing manifesto, and ultimately a reminder that if we want a different world, we have to embody it first.Food For Thought Radio: https://fftradio.com/Mark Attwood Show: https://themarkattwoodshow.com/Live 5D Health: https://www.live5dhealth.com/Mark Attwood on X: https://x.com/MarkAttwoodMark's Cosmic Adventures (YouTube): https://www.youtube.com/@MarksCosmicAdventuresGod Wins by Mark Attwood: https://themarkattwoodshow.com/title/god-wins-my-new-book-is-here-14th-april-2023/Weapons of Mass Protection by Mark Attwood & Abby Wynne: https://themarkattwoodshow.com/media-category/weapons-of-mass-protection-book-reviews/German New Medicine (Global GNM): https://globalgnm.com/Dolores Cannon: https://dolorescannon.com/QHHT Official: https://www.qhhtofficial.com/Jerry Marzinsky: https://www.jerrymarzinsky.com/Michael Tellinger: https://michaeltellinger.com/The Sovereign Project: https://www.thesovereignproject.live/Louis Barabbas & The Bedlam Six: https://bedlamsix.com/John Fairhurst: https://johnfairhurst.com/Office Masaru Emoto: https://masaru-emoto.net/en/Veda Austin: https://www.vedaaustin.com/about-veda-austinDispelling Wetiko by Paul Levy: https://www.penguinrandomhouse.com/books/221127/dispelling-wetiko-by-paul-levy/Well Nester: https://www.wellnester.net/

Neil Bentley on Albion, Astrotheology and the Hidden History of Britain
This week on *Kali’s Breakfast Spell*, I sat down with Neil Bentley for a deep and unapologetically esoteric conversation on history, language, scripture, symbolism and sovereignty. We explored Neil’s decades of research into Albion, Ireland, the Tuatha Dé Danann, astrotheology, biblical narratives, and the idea that many accepted histories may be mistranslations, inversions or deliberate rewrites. We also touched on pattern recognition, autism, myth, the Christ archetype, Saturn, Sirius, Plato’s cave, Freemasonry, Tartaria, and the way symbols can be used to conceal as much as they reveal.Alongside the historical and theological thread, I also framed why these conversations matter now: data centres, AI, digital control, children’s data, language in law, and the wider battle over who gets to define reality for us. Whether listeners agreed with every conclusion or not, the heart of the show was a call to question inherited narratives, reclaim discernment, and keep the conversation alive rather than outsourcing truth to institutions, empires or algorithms.Food For Thought Radio: https://www.fftradio.com/Kali on FFT (Kali’s Breakfast Spell host page): https://www.fftradio.com/djs/kali/Dark Matters Decode Academy: https://www.darkmatters.contact/The People’s Lawyer (David A / David Adelman): https://thepeopleslawyeruk.com/Manly P. Streetwise Spirituality with Indigo
This morning I’m joined by Indigo — the Buddhist roadman — for a grounded, streetwise dive into sovereignty, authenticity, and how we keep our heads while the world tries to wind us up. Fresh back from a week in Portugal, I share reflections on slowing down, stepping out of the outrage cycle, and tending not only the body but the spirit. Indigo opens up about his modelling years, why learning the “language” of law and identity changed his life, and how we can respond to psychological operations and division tactics without feeding them. We explore the balance of masculine and feminine, the lure of false saviours, and practical ways to reclaim responsibility, coherence and courage in chaotic times. We also talk shadow work, the long dark night of the soul, and why planting new seeds beats swinging at dead trees. If you’ve felt battle‑weary yet called to speak plainly, this one’s a reminder to choose discernment over reactivity, love over fear, and creation over consumption — with a few tunes to carry us between the beats.'L/L Research (The Law of One / Ra Material)': https://www.llresearch.org'Dr Joe Dispenza – Official site (Becoming Supernatural, coherence practices)': https://drjoedispenza.com'The Courage to Be Disliked (Ichiro Kishimi & Fumitake Koga) – overview': https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Courage_to_Be_Disliked'Bob Marley – Official site (Exodus and works referenced)': https://www.bobmarley.com

Liability Orders, Due Process and the CMS with Chrissy and Robin
In this breakfast show from North Wales, I sit down with regular guest Robin and welcome Chrissy, whose deep-dive research challenges how the UK Child Maintenance Service pursues arrears. From bulk “liability order” listings and due‑process concerns to the role of enforcement agents and data handling, we map what listeners are facing and the lawful routes to challenge it. Chrissy outlines why she believes certain summonses and liability orders don’t meet statutory requirements, and how tools like appeals (N161) and Article 6 fair‑trial protections may apply. Robin sets this within the wider pattern we also see around council tax enforcement and court administration, and we talk practical next steps, accountability and keeping evidence tight. Along the way we touch on staying resilient in heavy times, keeping conversations civil despite online pile‑ons, and inviting independent musicians for future shows. Law, Remedy and Money: With Robin Hood and Toshi
In this two‑hour live show I’m joined by Robin Hood of the Realm of England and our economics lead, Toshi, to connect the dots between law, remedy and money. We explore how language, jurisdiction and incorporation shape everyday life, why understanding our standing matters in court, and where historic principles like trial by jury and the Bill of Rights still bite. Robin outlines the realm’s practical approach to remedy, from challenging presumptions to asserting living status, while we talk through common traps in statutory administration and why proof, jurisdiction and due process are the real battlegrounds. Toshi then breaks down money from first principles, explains currency vs. commodity, and sets out why he believes BSV (the original Bitcoin protocol) can scale, secure data, and fund parallel infrastructure without central gatekeepers. We discuss data as the new commodity, practical use cases (from payments to auditable records), and how economic incentives could unite people to enforce lawful order. We wrap with upcoming shows and a call for listeners to skill‑share, stay curious and back real‑world remedy with informed economics.

From Warrant Card to Wordsmith with Darren Thomas
On today’s breakfast show I warmed up the studio with new music from independent artists and welcomed my long-time friend Darren Thomas – former RAF Police and Greater Manchester Police officer turned author, poet and comedian. We traced his journey from life inside the institution to rebuilding with a pen, reflecting on discretion in policing, Freemasonry’s quiet influence, burnout, and how target-driven bureaucracy reshaped a service once rooted in community. Darren shared frontline memories from 1990s Salford, why many join with good intent, and why awareness (more than “awake”) is the path back to personal responsibility and sanity. We also riffed on symbolism and language around policing – from Peel and the Met to “boys in blue,” checkerboard caps, and etymology – before touching on resilience, mental health and creative practice. Between live-link hiccups we spun tracks from Preston duo Ivan Campo and revisited Ren and CHINCHILLA’s Chalk Outlines, then closed on the reminder to look after ourselves while holding the line through a choppy 2026. Darren’s first novel, Seven Days of the Weak, folds his false starts, dark humour and a certain “gloom lobster” into one lyrical ride – highly recommended.'Food For Thought Radio (FFT)': https://www.fftradio.com/'Darren Thomas – Seven Days of the Weak (novel)': https://www.lulu.com/shop/darren-thomas/seven-days-of-the-weak/hardcover/product-1mmke2qp.html'Ivan Campo – Official Site': https://www.ivancampo.net/'Ivan Campo – Bandcamp': https://ivancampo.bandcamp.com/'Ren – Official YouTube Channel (@RenMakesMusic)': https://www.youtube.com/@RenMakesMusic'Ren x CHINCHILLA – Chalk Outlines (Live) [YouTube]': https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=35yALr_opeg'CHINCHILLA – Official Site': https://www.chinchilla-official.com/'Greater Manchester Police – Official Site': https://www.gmp.police.uk/'Royal Air Force – Air Security Force (inc. Schools, Data and Resilience: A Conversation with the People’s Lawyer
Live radio at its most human. After a brief tango with tech gremlins, I welcome back “the people’s lawyer” David Adelman for a candid, energising conversation on resilience, service and speaking uncomfortable truths. David shares frontline stories from the last six years—being blocked by police outside venues, finishing talks in the street, and why he believes our power is far greater than we realise when we stand calmly in it. We dive into schools, data and children: biometric profiling, mock “lockdowns”, and how awareness—backed by targeted DSARs, the UK GDPR and FOI—is a sharper tool than fear. Lisa Borg also pops in from Kewstoke to champion community wellness and remind us that sturdy minds need sturdy bodies. Between reflections on ego, shadow work and the theatre of modern life, I spin Ren’s “Hi Ren,” a raw portrait of inner dialogue that mirrors the times: vulnerable, intelligent, bruised—and beautifully resilient.'FFT Radio (station home)': https://fftradio.com'Ren – “Hi Ren” (official video)': https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s_nc1IVoMxc'UK Data Protection Act 2018 (full text)': https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2018/12/contents'General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) – retained UK law text': https://www.legislation.gov.uk/eur/2016/679/contents'ICO guide: Your right to get copies of your data (Subject Access Requests)': https://ico.org.uk/for-the-public/your-right-to-get-copies-of-your-data/'Freedom of Information Act 2000 (full text)': https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2000/36/contents

War, Power and the Streetlight: A Candid Conversation with Mark “5G” Steele
A turbulent morning in the studio turned into a stark, wide‑ranging conversation about war, power, and the technologies shaping our lives. After early tech glitches and a recap of my off‑air chat with Paul, I explored quotes and cultural touchstones on war before welcoming weapons and EMF commentator Mark “5G” Steele. Mark walked us through his claims about LED street lighting, directed‑energy systems, and data‑capture infrastructure in UK cities, and why he believes these deployments intersect with recent public‑health policies and narratives. We also discussed how history is framed by victors, the importance of questioning official accounts, and the human cost of conflict. Between tracks—including Defacer’s They Live and Jimmy O’Neil’s Clotshot—we spoke candidly about censorship, dissent, and staying grounded while engaging with uncomfortable material. Whatever you think of these assertions, the call was to examine evidence, keep dialogue open, and resist being set against one another. If you’ve questions for future segments with Mark, or want to join the live conversation, you can find my show page via FFT Radio.'FFT Radio – Carly (show page)': https://fftradio.com/carly'United Nations – Transforming our world: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development': https://sdgs.un.org/2030agenda'Sun Tzu – The Art of War (Project Gutenberg)': https://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/132'War (Edwin Starr song) – Background and history': https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/War_(Edwin_Starr_song)'They Live (1988 film) – Themes and cultural impact': https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/They_Live'Temple of the Dog – Supergroup featuring Chris Cornell and Eddie Vedder': https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Temple_of_the_Dog'AstraZeneca – Official site': https://www.astrazeneca.com/'Pfizer – Official site': https://www.pfizer.com/'Moderna – Official site': https://www.modernatx.com/'Operation Paperclip – Historical overview': https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Paperclip'Transport for London – Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ)': https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/ultra-low-emission-zone

In the Private: Festivals, Media and Making Community Real
In today’s Food for Thought Radio, coming to you from slightly sunny North Wales, I set the tone for a jam‑packed morning and welcome two guests who bring fire and nuance in equal measure. First up, Nick, organiser of the Weekend Truth Festival, shares how the event has evolved, why it’s moved to Wrexham for 17–20 July, and what to expect from speakers like Dolores Cahill and David Adelman, plus hands‑on community elements from growing to grassroots remedy. We swap stories about running events “in the private,” keeping common sense safety without ceding sovereignty, and the curious run‑ins with mainstream media. Then writer and researcher Caroline Knight joins to explore the deeper fault‑lines behind today’s division: attachment styles, shadow work, ancestral patterns, and how polarity between the masculine and feminine plays out in modern relationships. We unpack why self‑knowledge is the antidote to manipulation, how to distinguish desire from love, and why real integration beats pseudo‑spiritual bypass. Along the way we keep a sense of humour—spotlighting satirical songs from Jimmy Wingard—and remind ourselves that it’s a theatre out there; the power lies in how we respond, in community, discernment and a bit of divine comedy.

April Fools’ or New Year’s Day? Comedy, Calendars and Crystal Frequencies
Happy New Year — on 1 April. In this episode I open with why many of us feel the spring equinox is the true reset, and how shifting from lunar to Gregorian time has distanced us from nature’s cycles. We then dive into free speech, comedy and culture with The Wigan Joker, Jimmy O’Neill, on censorship in the comedy circuit, class, and why humour matters now more than ever. I also showcase music from Wigan legend David Rybka and reminisce about his band Victorian Dad. In the second half, Dr Jo Whitaker (PhD, genetics/microbiology; virology background) joins to unpack terrain theory versus germ theory, vaccine ingredients, and why frequencies, EMFs and our biofield matter. Jo explains her Crystal Water Experience work, how grounding and magnetism interact with the body, and offers a free, practical detox guide. We Lost the North? STRANiKi, Time Loops and Truth
Grand rising! In this midweek edition I welcome STRANiKi (aka Shane Joy) to dive into his raw, northern-soaked debut album. I spin Faith no More, We Lost the North, Locked Behind the Wheel and King of the 90s, and we get into the craft: heavy riffs with shades of The Cure and Bowie, Ian Brown’s renegade spirit, BMX-era nostalgia, and those recurring themes of time, loops and awakening. It’s more than a record; it’s a lived transmission from violent northern streets laced with hope. Later, nurse and whistleblower Carly Lou joins me to reflect on 2020—residents isolated, ethics tested, and why she spoke out despite the cost. I also trail the Weekend Truth Festival (17–19 July 2026, Wrexham) hosted by Prof. Dolores Cahill and David Adelman, and share ways to support independent artists and events. Words as Spells: Decoding Law, Language, and the Middle Way
In today’s dry-run breakfast show, I open up about why language, law, and symbolism will be running threads throughout this series—and why resilience and inner balance matter when we speak up. With first guest Dean, we explore how words shape reality (juris + diction), the theatre of courts, commerce and “personas,” and the pull to react versus respond. We roam from etymology to archetypes, Saturn and time, the “matrix” of modern life, and how attention-capturing tech becomes a ritual of its own. We also touch on personal journeys—hitting rock bottom, faith, and finding the middle way—before hearing from a brave first-time caller whose recent awakening shows how quickly lives can change when fear gives way to discernment and purpose.Along the way we decode pop-cultural mirrors (from The Matrix and Doctor Strange to The Truman Show and Gladiator), discuss the feminine–masculine balance, and why unity of spirit—not blind reaction—breaks the spell. In short: the only way out is through, and the way through starts with the word—used rightly, compassionately, and courageously.
